Egg was running as it should all over the burger. Burger was cooked perfectly and hot and up together. Least than 5 minutes from when I ordered till I was sitting down enjoying this burger. Beside the restaurant there are so many other features to love the dealership about, Hair salon, Massage room, Quiet room, plenty of comfortable areas to enjoy as you are waiting for your car to be serviced. I have bought two trucks in the last 8 months from them and will do it again if I have a need for another vehicle. Needed a bigger truck to tow my Travel trailer so I had to step up from my 2022 Tacoma, With a standard 6 speed shift which I will miss so much, but not while towing the trailer. Bought a 2024 Tundra so we are looking forward to some long distance camping. Also this dealership proudly supports the Military organizations in the are and all First Responders. They sponsor the American legion Post 307 annual Armed Forces BBQ, This year on 18 May from 1100-1400, meal is $10.00. Come on out and support these worth while endeavors. With that said, I was looking for a GMC Yukon with the LS engine in it and my boss happened to over hear me. He happened to know of Auto Sales Cumming so I looked the up and they had the exact car I was looking for. I had a set budget and this care fit well within the budget. I looked under the hood and through out the whole car. I could tell that the car was well used; however, whoever does the cleaning and detailing with the car was a master. It is a 2003 model well used but well maintained and well cleaned. I had a 2003 Taurus Station wagon that just did not have enough room for my family of six and I was getting ready to drive to Maine. Not only did this vehicle make it to main and back, it has continued to be reliable. The only thing I have had to do to the car is get a new battery. I would seriously recommend purchasing a car from this business. They are fair and they even gave me some trade in value for a vehicle I was not expecting any from. I am planning on buying my next car from them, something for commuting.

I found a Nissan Murano that I was super interested in on Facebook that they were selling. I went back and forth with them for weeks, as we are 1.5 hours away from them. I was clear I wanted to hammer out financials before we made the drive. They made an agreement with me on my trade and the price of the Murano and we even filled out the financing paperwork online - I made the trip out early on a Saturday morning. Don didn't even greet us. He walked right by us and looked at my Dodge Ram trade in and snubbed his nose at it saying he couldn't give me what they had agreed to give because of XY&Z. My reply was that he didn't ask for pictures and I offered to send them. When my response was that we need to work the numbers so that my bottom line is still the same, he simply said that he didn't want to do business with me and would pass. I was flabergasted as I have bought 15 cars over my lifetime and NEVER had a carsales man talk to me in such a rude manner and stone wall the negotiations. I truly believe if my husband would have said the samething to him, it would have been a completely different conversation and he would have come back with - "well this is why I can't do that....", or "well let's allow you to look at the Murano and redicuss numbers and well see what the best we can do is". Simple customer service skills these people DO NOT posses and obviously not very good sales people either. There are way, way, way to many used cars out there to want to hand $11k to some jerk that doesn't want my money anyways. I can only infer that the Murano had issues and he knew it was not going to be an easy railroad sale for him. Save yourself time, energy and probably a lot of money and just buy from ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Finally had to stop driving the vehicle due to the mold. When I tried to get them to look at the vehicle they said sorry as is...deal with it. The guy lied four times during a five minute conversation first saying they bought the car at auction then saying they bought it from a repeat client, then saying it came from Georgia where clearly on the car fax it was from Tennessee which happened to be a flood city throughout 2019. Beware of this dealership!!! It's the typical used car untrustworthy company. I wanted to take my car home and it had seemed clean enough when we test drove it an hour before but they insisted and gave me a loaner instead. When I came to pick up the car it smelled vaguely of gas but I didn't think too much of it. By that evening the gasoline smell was nauseating. They never admitted it but it seems they'd overfilled the gas tank. It took a week before the smell went away. On top of that, within about week or two one of the wipers was falling off and the battery for the one key fob they'd given me was in need of a change. Given all this I have no confidence in their mechanical team's attention to detail. Wish that were the end though. After a month and a half and several phone calls they still hadn't sent out my license plate and couldn't explain why not. Spoke with several finance people who promised to look into it and call back with an answer and they never did. Bottom line go elsewhere if you can. This place has serious problems at many levels. Even if they have a slightly better price you'll get a much better experience at other nearby dealerships. I've bought from milton-martin in gainesville and carland in alpharetta and had great experiences both times.
