    Lou Sobb came through. I purchased my resale Honda CRV Pearl White, that had a production issue with its paint. Literally the paint just fell off the car, 7 months after purchase, and the car was out of warranty. David went to bat for my on this unfortunate circumstance. Honda agreed to paying 75% of a repaint of the entire car, with a lifetime warranty on the job.

    Scratch after detailing.

    Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned car recently. They added a bunch of fees to the price, but they quickly removed them when I "reminded" them that they can't do that in Georgia. Everything was pretty good up until the final delivery of the car. The detailing crew made a very noticeable scratch on the car. When I told the salesperson that the scratch wasn't there before, she attempted to gaslight me, told me that it must have been there before, and it was absurd to feel that the detailing crew had made the scratch. I quickly weighed my options and decided to accept the car and fix the scratch myself. (I know I shouldn't have accepted the car; don't judge, there's more to it.) They were golden up until the scratch. It's too bad that they showed their true selves; It would have been a relatively quick fix for them, but they chose to be shady at that point. I will be taking the car to my mechanic to do a thorough check of everything, as my trust is completely shattered. If you plan on purchasing a car from them, I highly recommend taking photos of the whole car before going in to negotiate the price. They claim no responsibility after that.

    This is regarding my 2016 Chrysler 300S. I don't know what…read morethe heck you did to my car, after a simple oil change my car ended up in fumes. The oil was all over the place under the hood and in my garage. This is absolutely ridiculous. I need a call back from a manager right now. I would never visit this store, I need you to fix my car to its original condition asap. You just ended up damaging my car. I almost ended up in a fire accident situation because of this negligence and it would have killed a life. What the heck? You can't just do a simple oil change. Such a shame. I have quite a few friends who visit this location, I would ask everyone one of them to not to visit this location. This is such a careless act. I have been going through other negative reviews, the manager just seems to have a generic response to everyone. I know what kind of response I would see for this review! I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. However, following the service, I discovered that the car is now emitting fumes, has oil splattered under the hood, and is leaking oil onto my garage floor. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable and has put me--and others--at serious risk. The fumes present a fire hazard, and had this occurred while I was driving, the situation could have escalated into a life-threatening event. I attempted to resolve the matter by contacting your team and requesting an immediate callback from a manager. To date, I have not received a satisfactory response or assurance that the damages caused by your shop will be addressed and repaired. I have attached a copy of my service invoice (Work Order #2074969) as documentation of the work performed. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved.
