The owners, Mike and Audrey are very knowledgeable and they provide great recommendations. They offer InBody scans and even have a Fit 3d scanner. Highly recommend this place for your nutrition/supplemental needs.

I just gave birth to my first baby boy October of 2017 and Chained Evolution made it possible for me to lose 40 pounds in less than a year! This made me feel stronger, more confident and energetic enough to do the things I've always wanted to do, like running a marathon or even wearing a bathing suit in public. Chained Evolution has everything that I was looking for food/nutrition, exercise classes, and 1 on 1 training sessions that fit my schedule, an all in one stop shop providing access to all the things that I needed to reach my goals, which made my journey process very convenient. They gave meme the tools for success. Just recently I finished a 5 mile run this year and finally have the confident to wear a bathing suit for the first time in my life! Going to Chained Evolution helps me to enjoy my life more and continue my healthy habits. I am constantly achieving things I never thought possible and I owe it to the Chained Evolution Family! I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Went to the free 90 minute orientation for metabolic health…read more Took them 60 minutes to admit it's a 3 week, whey- based liquid meal plan. So, they reset your metabolism with 3 dairy protein shakes a day and no solid food for almost a month. The shakes are prescription. That's what makes it "medical." The other main component is weekly, 3 hour long, online group exercise + food info & skills class + 1/2 hour group visit with the doctor. Was not happy that their website had none of this info & I had to give them a form with my personal info and spend an hour online with them to find out it's not for me. Sounded more gimmicky than medical.

The following represents my experience with Transform Alliance. Your experience may vary…read more I went to Transform Alliance probably 6 years ago, give or take. This worked for me and continues to work for me today. I was placed in a class of about 15 other "patients" (clients? customers?). Several in the class were extremely obese, needing to lose 100, 200, and in one case maybe 350 pounds. I "only" needed to lose 50 pounds. At 6' 1" and 242 pounds, I was on the light side of the meeting. Two elements to this program - the losing of the weight and the maintenance. The losing of the weight part worked fabulous. At the end of the 12 week program I had just hit my goal of -50 pounds. *IF* you follow the program and don't cheat, it works great. Lots of people in the class admitted to cheating multiple times, I did not cheat. I averaged about 4 pounds a week, some weeks only 2.5, some as high as 7. The shakes were tasty and filling. We had to have 4 every day spaced out. Honestly, some days I just did not want 4 and had to force myself. I just was not hungry. Later stages they had soups you could buy. Some were good, some not so much.If I recall, the broccoli cheddar was good when we tried it in the facility, but then eating a whole soup multiple times it started getting "sicky". You have to buy the shakes and the soups only from them as they appear to be prescription only. I suppose that is good but it is partly why I lowered 1 star on the review. I'm someone that prefers to shop for a bargain. They can feel costly, but when you realize you are not buying any real food over this time you are probably saving money on "groceries", so I was not worried about the cost. The maintenance part is where it gets very tricky. Bottom line - it truly is up to you to maintain. They have plenty of talks and demos on food and cooking, portion sizes and types of food to eat and avoid. If you are just going to go back and eat what you did before, 100% chance you will "fail" at this plan as well. It is meant as a lifestyle plan not a temporary diet. They encourage you to stay on maintenance with them long term. Keep coming once a week (or was it month?) for weigh ins, plus you would have continued access to the shakes if you wanted. What was my after program experience? Well, I left the program at 192 pounds. Today I am at 192 pounds. But the story in the middle is more telling. Twice in this 6 year span I put some weight back on: 25 pounds and 15 pounds. Both times I put weight back on I stopped weighing myself at all, and ate mostly whatever (usually junk). I did not officially go back on this program to lose the weight. But I followed the guidelines and even added in some weigh loss shakes. Now I feel like I have learned my lesson. I weigh myself every day to keep an eye on things. And I have a weight range I like to stay in. For the past year my weight has been 187 to 194, and when my weight gets above 192 I trigger the alarms and get back on track, not allowing the weight to pile on. Mostly, I eat within a plan in a good way. I plan ahead to cheat. For example, if I am going to have some pizza, I plan ahead and make sure I am eating well, and then after that meal, I get right back on track. All cheating is lumped together as 1, meaning I don't allow myself to cheat with pizza once a week, ice cream once a week, chips once a week, etc. I allow a cheat once a week. If I choose pizza, the rest are out till next time to consider. Yes, it takes a lot of work. But you have to choose either working at being healthy, or lazily being unhealthy.
