The process to book the experience was fast and easy, everything was done online. Once we arrived, we found good parking right away although it seems like it could get pretty crowded very quickly. The reception are was well decorated with all of the rooms and activities they had and what they consisted of so I was intrigued reading while waiting. Almost immediately the host took us across the street to where the rooms are and she was very helpful and informative! Although I cannot remember her name unfortunately, she helped us a lot through the escape. Unfortunately we did not beat the game, but we now have an idea of what to choose from, which level works best for us, the number of rooms and how big they are, etc. In the end we got stickers and our picture taken... it was a pretty fun night. The price was a bit high in my opinion given that there was only one room for 1 hr (we paid a little over $33 per person) but then again I haven't been to an escape room in years so I am not entirely sure what the current average prices are. She gave me different tools throughout the process to help me accomplish the look I was going for. One of the best things about this place as well is that if you don't finish in your first visit you can come back at certain times and have full access to their resources and advice even if it takes a couple times of coming back to do so. Coming here gave me confidence in my ability to actually paint well and it was not stressful at all during the process.
