The cost was out of my budget so when I stopped in at Quality Mattress, I learned there was a third option, which was to have my mattresses rebuilt. They have the only manufacturing plant in Southern Oregon. I was quoted a fantastic price for the 2 twins and since my mattresses were reversible they made one side firm and the other side medium. Quality Mattress even rebuilt my box springs and when the set was returned promptly to me I was so elated as they were also recovered and looked brand new. Even though they did extra work they refused to charge me more. My mattresses are comfortable and my guests will be able to sleep well. I am also thankful that I could help a local family owned company of a fine reputation.

We told him what we wanted and he showed us several different mattresses. We found one that felt great. We went home to talk about it and decided the next day to return to Mattress Land. We spoke again with Tim and he helped us order our new Mattress. When it came in he called me and said it was in and if we wanted it delivered right away his guys had an opening. The delivery guys came and in no time delivered the new mattress and hauled off the old mattress. These guys were very efficient, cordial and professional. Thank you Mattress Land. I spent $3K on a mattress which started to sag in the first few months. Because I do not like to go through warranty's and I'm not a complainer, I sucked it up for awhile until it was hurtful to try and sleep on it. After close to 3 years on a 10 year warranty, I decided to go through with it. They turned me down because of "stains". This is a joke. First, the tiny discoloration was so hard to notice, I did not even know what they were talking about. Likely, what was there was from a serious fever that made me sweat a lot and a tiny amount must have passed through the bedding and 2nd and the most obvious, is it has nothing to do with a defective mattress. We spent a ton of money here and we were happy to support a local store. I stop in every so often to look around. The sales staff seem a little more pushy than before. I often find some really great pieces, but sadly I will never pay a $200 delivery fee, which apparantly is what they charge now unless you cave and purchase the protection plan they sell. I'll be back when they offer resonable delivery prices.

They threw in the Hollywood frame, Jeff was great and helpful. When delivery time came around, there was a mix up with my mattress. OMA was on top of communication with getting it resolved. Nick was my delivery guy, was super professional and took care of my purchase. After getting ahold of OMA on Fb, one of the owners Nik instantly assured me that my order would be delivered a day later, as they were sending a guy to get the rest of my order, he threw in 2 top quality pillows for the mishaps. Would definitely recommend buying a mattress if you are in the market for a new bed.
