During our second session (which I paid for a 1-hr massage), she went beyond the 1-hr and kept working on my back because it was a trouble area. My husband told me he went there for a massage, but afterward I became deeply uncomfortable with what may have occurred during his visit. The situation created serious trust and health concerns in our relationship, and it left me questioning the professionalism and legitimacy of the establishment. My husband reported that he was asked if he wanted a happy massage (special massage which is very wrong and disgusting). Turns out he has STD's and crabs since coming here. I would encourage management to ensure that all services remain professional, transparent, and fully compliant with the law. As a customer and spouse, this experience caused emotional distress and raised concerns that no one should have to deal with after what is supposed to be a legitimate spa visit. Absolutely disgusting and should be reported.
