    Rotten avocado for $1.99 !

Definitely deserves 5 NEGATIVE STARS !!! $8.89 for a mini watermelon ?!?! $4.29 for a small head of iceberg lettuce ?!?! Really? I was on vacation at the campground & craving an avocado so I did pay $1.99 for it but when I got home & cut it open - completely rotten !!! See pics !!! I believe in shopping local small businesses but this is one I should have skipped !!!

My Girlfriend's family and us were camping at the local KOA campgrounds and needed some supplies for that night's dinner. We had heard that if you drove down a bit you'd run into a small town with a market located inside. Driving into town and not really knowing where we were going, we came upon to local markets across the street from each other each almost the with same name. For whatever reason, we decided to give this one a try as we couldn't see the name but the outside looked almost like a whole foods or a sprouts of some type and thought they'd have a larger selection. This market has a large selection and had the ingredients we needed. The store was clean and the staff were reasonably helpful. Here are my recommendations: 1) I am sure it is easy for the staff to recognize locals from non-locals, and with another market across the street, it is going to be great customer service that keeps them coming back. For non-locals and first time visitors, I would say go out of your way to ask if they need help. 2) The store is large, and although neat and clean, first time visitors find them selves walking in circles trying to find things. 3) This goes back to #1 (Above), if you see first-time guests talking about things they are looking for take the initiative and ask if they need help. As we were walking around the produce section, we were trying to find something specific and two staff members crossed us twice without offering to help until we asked. In short, superior customer service is going to with customers. Give their jarred pickles a try they're great!

Horrible "new" ownership. The product are old dusty and overpriced. They are only kind to their neighborhood alcoholics.

They have the very best organic produce! The store is fully stocked and the associates treat you like a personal shopper at Nordstrom's. The Manager is highly professional and does her job with ease. I asked if there were anymore Trader Joe's special bags they sell once a year and she said yes. I bought some and a minute later the entire shopping cart that had them in it was gone. They sell fast. Once a year Trader Joe's puts out a small tote bag and everyone rushes to buy them as though they are Birkin bags. I was looking for organic vegetables and Mary showed me how to find them by their labels. She was so sweet and courteous! Then Sheily another crew member took me to the refrigerated organic vegetables and pointed out which ones I was looking for and where they were located at. She was joking and making me laugh. I was looking for organic garlic and Charlie asked if I needed help. He looked until he found me some and he was so nice. The people who work at Trader Joe's genuinely love their jobs! That says a lot about this company. They must treat their employees with respect and care. Alex helped direct me to find some chips and she was such a happy person. It was nice! Jordan he was so cool! I was looking for pomegranate juice and he took me right to the place to find it. He cracked jokes and his smile lit up the place. Frank was our last encounter and he checked us out. He was the sweetest of all. He really cares about his customers health as well as them being pleased with shopping at his store. This store was clean as well as their bathroom. The nice thing is they are fully staffed! This is my favorite Traders. Check them out. Also Trader Joe's offer little shopping carts for your children to shop with. Which comes in handy when your cart over flowers. lol love the crew members, manager and store! Kelly and Heather were more than helpful in providing a short tour of the market and assisting me with my purchases. Brunch was organized with plenty to eat and drink. Staff at the market and the brunch were abundant, friendly and courteous. Staff made the visit even more special. Food was fresh, hot and better than expected. Three types of mimosas were available and were overflowing. Staff made sure we had water and ice. It was HOT! The owner, Dr. Bill Releford, gave a welcome and background about the largest Black-owned ranch in LA County. A saxophonist played and took requests and there was also a raffle. Shuttle service to and from the parking lot was appreciated by guests. Some of my party took the shuttle from Inglewood. Parking was at a gated location. The driver, Amber, got us to the ranch early and back to our cars safely. Official Transportation (310) 295-9105 was the provider and I enjoyed interacting with both Amber and Madeline. I thought I'd be able to pick peaches but the staff had already picked them for us. So, I just had to purchased what I wanted to take home. I was grateful because it would have been too hot for me to be in the midst of the farm picking peaches myself! After brunch, I actually became over heated. Debra Releford, Dr. Bill's wife, saw me and realized I needed assistance. Bless you Miss Debra! You and your staff attended to me an I felt safe and well cared for! I made a note of the names of some of the staff that tended to me: Allie, Chris, Lance, Michael and Nick. To you all and those that I missed thank you!!! If it's not already there, Bloom Ranch Sunday Jazz brunch should be added rib to your "to do" list.

She went over and brought it and told me there's nothing wrong with it and "it's supposed to be sour" WHAT ?!! I explained to her that I've had those breads multiple times and NO they're not supposed to be sour. She then said "well we don't have daily bread" well if you don't have daily bread maybe you shouldn't sell 3-4 day old bread with custard. I didn't want to explain to her what happens to a dairy custard in 3 days in a hot box so I just took my refund and told her "if you like sour custard then eat em up they're perfect!
