After I got home, I realized my backup camera wasn't working so I had to go back to get an additional one installed with the same situation of charging more vs what was quoted. That is not transparent or professional. When I later went back because the camera system in my car was not working, he claimed I had never even been there before, despite the fact that I had proof of my previous visit. Instead of taking accountability, he denied it outright. The entire interaction felt dishonest and incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the way I was spoken to was dismissive and condescending. I did not feel respected, and I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting fair pricing or straightforward communication. If you choose to go here, get absolutely everything in writing beforehand and be prepared to stand your ground. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Instead of giving a clear answer, the staff became defensive, repeatedly claimed a competitor was "lying," and treated my questions as if I was arguing. I was only trying to understand what I was paying for before spending $600+. The most surprising part was that after I agreed to their revised quote, they suddenly refused to serve me, called me "out of control," and asked me to leave. I remained calm throughout the conversation and left without creating any disturbance. Customers have every right to ask about the product they are buying. Unfortunately, I found the customer service unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking transparency.

While the services rendered all came out great and I never had any issues with the products for the entirety of me owning the car, it took a rather negative experience with another installer on my current car to realize how knowledgeable and professional Kristina / Impero actually is. During my negative experience with another installer, I received more support, more useful and accurate information from Impero than from the place I was having issues with at the time. In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). I can't recommend Impero highly enough to anyone looking to get their windows tinted, or their car wrapped, Kristina really seems to always keep up with the latest products and knows what's currently best on the market.

I got XPEL PLUS since I've noticed skin reacted from sunlight so I had some condition for a while. I could get the doctor's note but I'd like to try XPEL PLUS 70% first if it's really from the direct sunlight. Then, my condition got better after the tint. I was hesitated to go with XPEL PLUS since a lot of people mentioned the bluish color of that specific product doesn't match with the back windows. However, the color doesn't bother me. Also, I can get the clear view from the inside of my car which is great. My car mirror automatically adjust color already so I was worried what I can't see my side mirror reflection but it's clear as you see. The reason why I choose this shop is the skillset. Excellent experience from start to finish…read more Alonso and Javier were both incredibly communicative throughout the whole process- I always knew what was going on with my car, which made a huge difference. The service I came in for specifically was for Apple CarPlay unit with a physical volume knob in my 2014 Honda Civic, which isn't always easy to find. They went out of their way to source one, and the installation went smoothly. Good value too- this is definitely not something I could have tackled on my own. The shop itself has a great waiting area with free WiFi, plus water and snacks while you wait. Staff was friendly and professional across the board. Highly recommend Evolution Motorsports- they listened, delivered, and made the whole experience easy!
