When I later went back because the camera system in my car was not working, he claimed I had never even been there before, despite the fact that I had proof of my previous visit. Instead of taking accountability, he denied it outright. The entire interaction felt dishonest and incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the way I was spoken to was dismissive and condescending. I did not feel respected, and I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting fair pricing or straightforward communication. If you choose to go here, get absolutely everything in writing beforehand and be prepared to stand your ground. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Luxury Glass is a Llumar Pro shop (and the only one on the westside), so I knew if I went with them they were going to be top notch. When I arrived at Luxury I was already nervous about someone else working on the car. But they were able to satisfy my every concern. Everyone at Luxury Glass was very professional. The shop was immaculately clean. They masked all the trim on the interior, all the tint panels were cut by printer and then refined on a glass board (no using the exterior of the windows as a template and cutting the rubber gasket like the last guy). They went above and beyond explaining to me and showing me the different tint shades and made sure I was satisfied with my decision. They ripped out the bad tint job and installed new Llumar Pinnacle Ceramic tint; at the end of the job I got a warranty card with the tint used and even the batch of the tint rolls used in case I ever need to file a warranty claim with Llumar in the future. This final touch was really what gave me the peace of mind I was chose the right place after making a mistake at first. From start to finish I felt so comfortable letting them do the work and would recommend for anyone looking for quality tint installation!

During my negative experience with another installer, I received more support, more useful and accurate information from Impero than from the place I was having issues with at the time. In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). I got XPEL PLUS since I've noticed skin reacted from sunlight so I had some condition for a while. I could get the doctor's note but I'd like to try XPEL PLUS 70% first if it's really from the direct sunlight. Then, my condition got better after the tint. I was hesitated to go with XPEL PLUS since a lot of people mentioned the bluish color of that specific product doesn't match with the back windows. However, the color doesn't bother me. Also, I can get the clear view from the inside of my car which is great. My car mirror automatically adjust color already so I was worried what I can't see my side mirror reflection but it's clear as you see. The reason why I choose this shop is the skillset. The tints of the windows are very neat even though I'm not an expert. I'm glad that I found this place on Yelp! For your reference, my car is Volvo XC90.

I always go with the ceramic XR. LA heat is no joke and the difference it makes while driving is night and day. You won't need to blast your AC just to cool down because the ceramic does so much of that work for you. It's one of those things you don't realize how much you needed until you have it! For my setup I went 15% on the driver and passenger sides and 5% on all rear windows. You don't have to go that dark to feel the heat suppression but I love the privacy it gives me, totally worth it either way. On top of the tint work the hospitality here is great. Alonzo was also great about keeping me updated and sending pictures throughout the process. The tint looks great as well. Unfortunately, right after the camera installation, my car started making a noise it had never made before, coming from the same area where the installation took place. Alonzo believes it may be the brake booster. I can't say for sure the installation caused it, but the timing is concerning. I want to believe that if something was accidentally disturbed during the installation, it was simply an accident. I also noticed that after the ceramic tint was installed, my radio reception became very static, which was never an issue before. I'm disappointed with the issues that started afterward
