I had some water damage to my floors in August from a leaky HVAC system. After doing some research on Yelp, I decided to give Ada Hardwood Flooring a call. From the start I liked Andrei's easy, down-to-earth manner. He was straightforward and clear about what needed to be done and didn't try to make the job out to be bigger than it needed to be. He quoted me a fair price for the project and then assigned his best detail guy, Adrian, to the job. Adrian arrived with his crew on a Monday morning and got straight to work removing damaged tiles and installing new ones. Adrian then came back over the next couple of days to finish up. I was concerned about them being able to match the new tiles and stain to the old ones but I think he did an excellent job and he wouldn't quit until he was satisfied with the results. Andrei and the team were so awesome! I called them as I unexpectedly had a tenant heavily damage my floors and had a new tenant moving in within days. Andrei worked super well with my condo building to get the proper paperwork done within hours (this isn't an easy task and can take weeks sometimes) and was able to get the job done within 2 days, immediately starting the day after I called because of the tight timeline I had. I had a house restoration project that included hardwood flooring and repair. There was extensive damage to several of the floorboards in the house and many of them needed to be replaced. Andrei happened to be in the area the same day I contacted him and he came over in 20 minutes to give a full estimate for refinishing my maple hardwood floor. We discussed the job and he recommended no stain (cause its maple) and Bona Traffic HD (3x coats) in Satin. Later that day he sent a formal estimate via email. As expected we had to move all our belongings off the ground for his team to get started but his team was able to come in and get the job done between Thursday and Friday and the results are amazing. The team did a great job covering our cabinets and fireplace as we didnt find much dust afterwards from the sanding process. Their team also did a great job replacing all 4 vents to be wood frames which look much better than the standard metal vent. All in all, Id recommend working with Ada Hardwood Flooring.
