What started as a catastrophe was made into a blessing thanks to Simion flooring and their team. A pipe burst on our first floor flooding the entirety of the kitchen, dining room, bathroom and just most of the first floor. I had no idea how to deal with the water damage or where to begin figuring out how to replace the floor. Calling around people were not helpful. I spoke with Marius and he came fairly soon to assess the damage and help get rid of the flooring. From there he worked with me and my wife on what our options were to repair the damage and replace what was needed of the floor. He was thorough and patient with us (we had lots of questions) and we were happy that really soon after his quote the work was started. He did also give us the best of 3 quotes for the job. Due to our current WFH restrictions I was at home with my wife and small children during the entire project. The Simion team were so thoughtful about how they worked everyday, making sure that key areas were done so we could use the house, and every day the areas were cleaned and made useable while work was finishing up. They were really just a nice group of people to have working on the house. I was given regular updates as the project progressed. We are very happy with the floor and all the work that was done. They really went above and beyond. A couple days after leaving Marius called us to follow up and make sure there were no remaining questions.
