I took most of them home (we had lots of leftovers) and they reheated really well. We tried two desserts: a flourless chocolate cake and a carrot cake. So, as such, there is no longer any Hairpin Lounge. However, some still use that name for this area as it faces the Hairpin turn of Seven Sebring Raceway. Presently, Apex uses the area to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's great to watch the racing as you can see the racer's apex maneuvers going through the hairpin turn.
