My wife didn't let it go and asked that a manager give her a call. Apparently the manager is waaaay too busy or he/she doesn't give a damn. A week has passed and we still haven't received a call from the manager. It's only a car wash, but it was promised and I hold businesses to their promises. If they let simple things slip, how will they handle bigger issues? I guess I'll never know because they've lost my business.
