I highly recommend this shop! My car was side swiped a few weeks back on my way home from work. The other driver's insurance handled the entire thing. From start to finish they kept me updated. This shop was on their list of places to go to. I read reviews and they weren't the highest on Yelp, but other sources gave glowing reviews. I decided to take a chance and go with them and hope for the best. Well I got the best with Diamond. I've had such horrible experiences at other auto body shops, but not here! Irene was great. I dropped my car off on a Friday afternoon. Picked up a rental a few streets away from Enterprise. The following Monday they called me with an estimate and told me to expect my vehicle about 10 days later. They got it done within a week and my baby looked brand new. Came in to get my rear bumper fixed after a minor auto accident, left with several key issues with my car afterwards. There is no coincidence that my AC & high beams stopped working after leaving Diamond Body as they were perfectly fine before I came, I never had any issues with my car until I left it in the care of Diamond Autobody. They will not even take accountability for the issue they caused directing me to go elsewhere instead of offering to fix the problems. Obviously somebody here is incompetent & caused wiring issues with my car but they don't want to be held liable, insisting that this issue came from the accident although I was driving the car for 2 weeks after my accident & it didn't have issues. They did not complete the job. My rim still has paint from the other vehicle on it. There is clear permanent substance all over my right side taillight and window. NOT to mention, I had two expensive cologne bottles stolen out of the middle console in their possession. They've of course had interior pictures of every angle EXCEPT inside my middle console. They've stated that they could not release any video footage to me & that they could look through the video but "don't feel like looking through the video cameras" to find out who took them. I've filed a police report to retrieve the video. Management was useless and didn't offer any help. I've lost so much respect for this place. I don't not recommend this place. read more

I'd rate Diamond Auto Body 4.5 out of 5. They definitely do great work here. My insurance recommended this place as a result of car being hit while parked. Staff - Staff is prompt and friendly. I definitely appreciated Monica, she's super friendly, professional, and easygoing. Service - They actually finished my car earlier than expected and did an amazing job. I actually returned my rental the same day because they were done early (FYI I do NOT recommend the Enterprise down the street). The work Diamond Auto Body did for my car looks superb and they even clean and vacuum your car before they return it to you. Covid Measures - The only reason I rate it 4.5/5 because they seem just a little lax on their covid policy. Everyone I spoke to including the inspection person all wore masks, but some folks around the office didn't wear a mask or didn't wear their masks properly. I didn't see temperature checks or sanitizing between customers, but that may be related to staff only and customer car repairs. Also, social distancing was a bit hard with the small space in the office. However, I'll repeat, whomever we dealt with and spoke to always wore masks around us. Beware!!! I have used Diamond in the past and the service was excellent. I have referred friends/family to them in the past but I will never recommend this business or utilize their services again. My car was towed to Diamond on March 29, 2022 for repair. My car was finally repaired and released on June 1, 2022, over two months later. Diamond committed to repairing my car by April 20, and they failed to meet this date and each date they committed to having the car repaired. I spoke to Matt for updates and he was rude, condescending, and LIED about the status of my car each time I called. He had the audacity to tell me that one of their clients has been waiting since October so I should be glad that my car would not take that long. The manager is a liar too. He promised me that my car would be ready by May 17, and all I got was silence and excuses. This is unacceptable. On top of this, Diamond never called me to provide updates. I had to call or Progressive had to call for updates. This business needs to be removed from Progressive's list of preferred providers because they are incompetent and unprofessional. My advice is to stay away because they do not stick to their commitments, they lack customer service, and they don't care about their clients. read more

We went to Diamond Auto Body for a repair of our front bumper. It was not our insurance preferred body shop, but Diamond Auto Body submitted all paperwork on our behalf. Drop-off was quick and easy. The shop updated us when the car was ready for pick-up. The shop's personnel and manager are great to work with. After the repair, the car looked completely new like nothing happened to it. Went to this auto shop as a recommendation from a family friend after my car was hit. They are professional and did a great job on my repairs which included a life time warranty on their repairs. Got an estimate for $20 which included photos and a report and the $20 is taken of your bill of the repairs are done there. They sent the estimate directly to the insurance company on my behalf. Although the insurance company lowballed me on the estimated repairs because they didn't agree with auto shops estimate, the shop followed up with the insurance about additional repairs needed which the insurance agreed to took care of, without me needing to get involved. The only negative thing is I got a call saying my car would be ready tomorrow and I would get a confirmation call which did not happen, I followed up the next day and my car still wasn't ready but they contacted me when it was and when I got my car, it washed and cleaned! Also, if you use the enterprise on Baltimore Ave, they will give you a ride to enterprise for free ans enterprise will take you to the shop when you drop of your car. read more

I called on a Saturday morning not really expecting same day service. Monica answered the phone and let me know in could come in right then and begin the process. She was so easy to talk to, it was almost like we knew each other. I got off the phone feeling confident that I wouldnt be disappointed. Once I got there she was just as friendly and helpful as she was on the phone. I even saw her take care of an extremely rude customer with such grace, I was thoroughly impressed. I felt bad that she had to deal with someone like that because she had been outstanding to me and every other customer I saw her deal with. No one really wants to visit a body shop, so when you find one that takes care of you it's always worth mentioning. Diamond Auto Body is located in a strip off of RT1. You can find it pretty easily by finding the plethora of damaged cars they got waiting to be repaired. I got side swiped by an airport shuttle and had to get the front driver side of my car replaced. Michelle did a great job! She helped me get my car back in a quick, efficient manner once the shuttle's insurance company finally approved everything. She also did her best to make sure they found the best parts as the insurance company didn't want to pay for OE replacement parts. My experience at Diamond was relatively easy given all the headaches I got from chasing around the shuttle's insurance company. They are worth giving a shot if you end up in a tough spot with your car. read more

I took my car to Diamond since it was recommended by my car insurance company as a top provider. The repair was supposed to take a few days but it ended up taking 25 days. In three occasions Diamond called me to pick up the car since they claimed it was ready. Three times I had to declined since they had either not painted sections they had quoted to paint, or the 'new' panels they had replaced had dents . In one inspection I found new scratches on a 'freshly painted panel. They were courteous and tried hard to fix my car, but the experience was very painful. I would not recommend this shop. read more

I just picked up my car today and it was ready within 2 days. I had to get my bumper and grill replaced on my Audi A4 after a accident with a commercial contractor. I found Diamonds through positive Yelp reviews and figured I would get a quote for the damages. The quote was very reasonable and I finally was able to get my car fixed. Their customer service was excellent they made sure to call and email me to keep me updated and my car looks fantastic!!! Even better than I remembered! I will definitely have Diamonds do my body work from now on. It's hard to trust some shops with your car I've heard of other placing keeping cars for weeks but I was so shock at how fast they did the work. Where to begin....I finally got my truck back after 4 months yes 4 months. I live in Ohio and my truck was involved in an accident in Jan and my insurance company sent my truck to this terrible body shop. They had terrible communication and told us lie after lie. I am aware that they are also at the mercy of my insurance company which is a whole another terrible mess. When I did pick up truck ... there was yellow paint on my passenger mirror which was not there when I cleaned truck out in Feb and a huge scratch on passenger side that was either done in accident and they didn't address or was their fault. To say the least I am very disappointed in this place. In 7/14/2023 I went to this body shop to tow a vehicle out to the auction. When I went inside to pay the storage fees and tell them which vehicle i was there to pickup i seen 2 of their techs start running around and ran out the door with tools in their hands. When I went outside to load the vehicle I noticed the techs under the vehicle and they were removing the aftermarket running boards. I confronted them about removing them they tried to say they were hanging off and they were going to put them in the bed of the truck but instead they leaned them up against the building. I already had photos of the truck with them on it and i told them that i had the photos showing the running boards on the truck. i walked to my truck and came right back and by that time the 2 techs hurried up and took the running boards into the building and they went to hide so i went inside and told the receptionist that they need to put them back on the truck and that I was calling the police to report that they had stolen the parts off the truck to cover myself. there was a representative there from the insurance company and he called the owner of the body shop and he tried to cover for his 2 employees saying that the owner of the truck came a few days prior and removed the parts but i showed him the dated and timed photos and they still tried to lie about taking them off knowing that i just watched them take them off of the truck right in front of my face. After several times of me saying i was reporting this to the police they finally brought the parts back out of the shop and put them back on the truck. This place is very shady and very dishonest I would never do business with this place now that I see how they operate. read more

I used Diamond Auto Body back on 2020 to repair front end damage to my car. I can honestly say that they did an excellent job. However, now it it 2022, and I have another car that need body work to the front end. The service I got back on 2020 was really great and everyone there that I encountered were very professional, courteous and very providing. I called there a few days ago to set up an appointment along with my insuracen company "Progressive", the woman who answer the phone "Monica" think was her name was very nasty, rude, and unprofessional to myself that the Progressive representative. She even hung up on us abruptly. Later on I called back and she answered again and I simply asked her to let me speak to the manager. She told me that the manager was in a meeting and asked me for my number for the manger to call me back. I'm assuming that she never gave the message to the manager because the recognized my voice the discarded my message or either the manager did not really care about my concern about the rude woman. Due to this horrible service, I will never use them again and wil make sure anyone I know not use them. That kind of unprofessional service will cause Diamond Auto to lose thousands of dollars in business. I recommend that no one use them ever again due to the rude woman " Monica". This is the 2nd time I took my car to DAB and it was not a good experience. I felt rusher to drop my car, then after I dropped my car off no one contacted me about what services needed to be done until I called the following week. When I called the representative didn't share any details on what wrong with the car and had to pull out information on when I was getting my car back. Then the next day, I get a call saying my car was ready. I am confused because the previous person said it won't be done until Friday. The receptionist's response was very snappy and rude. When I told her I had to have someone help me return the rental she was like, "it's your lucky day it's ready now". Again feeling rushed. She didn't explain the process of what to do when you pick up a car and returning the rental. Just basically, come get your car and pay your deducible. At that point, I became disgusted and just wanted my car back. I will say that the repair department did an AWESOME job of making the damaged area look new, but I will say the front office's unprofessional matter and lack of communication brings me to this bad rating on customer service. Our insurance company, Progressive, had us take the car there for a wiring claim. Diamond Auto Body damaged the car in various parts of the interior. They took pictures of all the defects prior to the repair, and now are claiming that the new damage (see pictures) are not their responsibility. They are saying the insurance company is responsible for the damage that THEY DID. I expect my repairs to be done in a professional manner. These guys do a very clean and high-quality job. I've brought my car here for bodywork and ac compressor replacement both times the finished product was very well done. I've even had my Corvette custom painted here (Daytona Blue) and the paint job came out awesome. My next job with these guys will be a custom paint job on my BMW M3 not sure what color I'm going with still saving my money :-). Overall I'm a very happy customer. RUN! Diamond Auto Body has outgrown itself. They used to be good. The started the work without giving me an estimate. All they wanted was the insurance check. They marked that the car needed a hood release (of course they wanted to put one in, at cost), I had to tell her where it was.After having my car for 7 days, I went to get it and the new fender was bent, the young lady had an attitude because I pointed it out. Also the trim on the door was not properly attached. I had to leave the car again and 7 more days later, the bumper was repaired but the trim was still not repaired. Also, I asked why was there an extra ashtray on the floor? the man did not know where it came from. the next day, me husband found out where they removed it from, and yes, it is broken! The absolute worst service that I've experienced. The step guard was not replaced on my SUV when it was repaired, although I specifically told the estimator at the time of the appraisal that the accident had loosened it and it fallen off. I had to point out to the person who walked around the car at the time of pickup that the part had not been replaced. It has been almost a month, since I picked up my car. I've called twice and have been told that the part will be ordered and I'll be called when it comes in. I've called two local dealerships that have the part in stock. I did the online survey sent by Diamond after I picked up my car. I relayed this issue, and guess what? No response from them! I've recommended to my insurance company that they not do business with Diamond. Unfortunately, this very minor issue has been raised to this level. Customer service matters! read more

The work here is great but the customer service is sketchy! I had some body work done here last year and I had a great experience, so I decided to come back for a small repair. I definitely appreciate good work but I need the whole package where I spend my hard earned money. I was dealing with a guy name Ar**n regarding my repair and when I called to ask him a question (He gave me his card) the receptionist Sh**ley flat out refused to let me speak to him. I found it easier to speak with him because he knew the whole story, so finally she said "I will take a message and have him call you back". A couple hours later SHE calls me back saying she will help me out, I said thats fine but could I speak to A**** for a sec and again I was told no. She was like a pitbull on guard! You would think I was calling to speak to POTUS! Like what was the big deal? If I couldn't speak to him why would he give me his card to call if I had questions?? Honestly the best experience I have ever had for a body shop. A Fed-Ex truck drove into my (parked) brand new car at a shopping mall while i was away. The damages were going to be about $6500 and going through insurance with Fed-Ex was a nightmare since it was a private corporate insurance. Going into Diamond, I almost cried in front of everyone because the Fed-Ex driver who hit me and their insurance was not cooperating with me at all and the idea of me having to pay out of pocket for the accident put me in panic mode. The manager consoled me and told me he'll do everything he can to make sure I do not have to pay out of my pocket for anything. The manager called me everyday telling me what stage the car was at and let me know if there were any delays in the repairs. My car came back like it was brand new. They said I can come back anytime for a free carwash. My car was again backed into about a month after I got it fixed. I went in again to get it repaired. I walked in in and the manager immediately recognized me and thanked me for going back to see them. The insurance company of the lady who hit me gave me about $800 for the damages, but Diamond gave me a discount for coming back to them. So I walked out with extra cash. Both times I've brought my vehicles in, I was kept well informed of their status. The quality and fit and finish of the repairs are top notch and my vehicles were returned to me in pristine condition, detailed and polished. I was involved in a minor fender-bender in early December 2017 that required repair to the rear bumper and trunk of my car. Diamond Autobody helped coordinate aspects with the insurance company that were unfamiliar to me and ensured that everything was well planned in terms of timing with the rental car company and the attention to detail required to do a quality repair job on my vehicle. By the end of the ordeal, I felt a camaraderie with the staff I would not have expected. Hands down I would recommend Diamond Autobody to anyone needing repair service in the future. Getting in an accident and then having your life temporarily disrupted by all of the efforts to get everything sorted out is not typically a pleasant experience, but the staff at Diamond Autobody did everything in their power to make it go as smoothly as possible.
