Steve spent quite a bit of time listening to my concerns of finding a mobile scooter suitable for me. He explaind the different features of different scooters and we settled on the one I had in mind. I rode it around inside the store and also outside and into the parking lot, all the time Steve ran interferance for me. It was delivered a few days later by Rob and James who made sure the threshold ramp fit in front of my patio door, and that it fit the width of my door easily. They have all been so patient with so many issues we have had with private contractors and have waited patiently for us to make room for the lifts and installation. When someone gets so seriously injured and their mobility is so drastically affected there is so much desperation. Instead of helping move things forward, O2 Relief keeps pointing the finger back at the doctor's office. Meanwhile, we're stuck in the middle with no clear answers and no sense of urgency. When you're dealing with medical equipment, delays and lack of communication are simply unacceptable. Customer service from has been extremely disappointing. We haven't felt supported, informed, or prioritized at any point during this process. Overall, this has been a stressful and frustrating experience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
