I always knew the rear tire changing process was hectic but never thought about giving it a review. The risk of pinching the tube when replacing it is high and the friction between the hub requires you to pry it open and or bang it with some wood. At some point the hub metal will weaken and break. The replacement is $400. The new quad might be easier to change but long term. Pass on the Rover Gen 2.

They easily beat all quotes I received later that day, which took a tremendous amount of stress off my shoulders as I got a good price from them. They went above and beyond to get me back on my scooter ASAP. Every time I messaged with questions, they quickly got back to me in less than an hour. They picked up my scooter the next day when they were closed, and diagnosed the issue the day after that. They fixed my scooter and the final amount was a low percentage of the scooter's value, which was relieving to see. The guys who picked up and dropped off my scooter were very professional and kind to me. It's clear they care about their customers and will go the extra mile to ensure the quality of their service.
