We had a VPL and a Flexstep installed for my husband throughout the years, and through it all, the team at 101 Mobility has been amazing. They have all been so patient with so many issues we have had with private contractors and have waited patiently for us to make room for the lifts and installation. When someone gets so seriously injured and their mobility is so drastically affected there is so much desperation. I have had to change the rear tire on all 3 before and the process is heartbreaking. Same process, except this time the hub broke. I always knew the rear tire changing process was hectic but never thought about giving it a review. The risk of pinching the tube when replacing it is high and the friction between the hub requires you to pry it open and or bang it with some wood. At some point the hub metal will weaken and break. The replacement is $400. The new quad might be easier to change but long term. Pass on the Rover Gen 2.

They make sure your grab bar is installed firmly. They came to our home and recommended which grab bars and where they should be installed. We have one by our soaker bathtub and another one near our inground pool and hot tub. They look great and speak safety. Reasonable prices, great customer service and install. Glad I have them before there is an unfortunate incident.
