My husband suffered a spinal cord injury in 2021 and I have worked with them on a couple of projects and have been surprised by the compassion and respect they have all demonstrated during these difficult years. We had a VPL and a Flexstep installed for my husband throughout the years, and through it all, the team at 101 Mobility has been amazing. They have all been so patient with so many issues we have had with private contractors and have waited patiently for us to make room for the lifts and installation. Gus and Sergio (installers) are top notch!! Truly professional. Doah and Teresa have been wonderful at communicating with me and the patience they have shown me is unbelievable for a company. When someone gets so seriously injured and their mobility is so drastically affected there is so much desperation. I would choose another location. This location installed my lift, but in terms of subsequent service they are very over-priced and their service was ineffective. I had my lift serviced by another Bruno service center and it was like night and day. I had to service my lift 2 months early because 101 Mobility serviced it last and they were only here for 10-15 minutes. Next Day Access just left after being here for over an hour. They pointed out things 101 Mobility of Orange County missed and their price was much more competitive. 101 Mobilty of Orange County sent a sloppy technician who left my unit squeaky and covered in spider webs. read more

I was so lucky to find 101 Mobility. I visited the showroom for a different company and left feeling very unimpressed. So we were lucky when we found 101 Mobility. My 85 year old grandmother had just had her second fall at home on our stairs and broken her wrist. The other company quote a higher price and a longer lead time before installation. But I was so worried and wanted to try to get the stair lifts installed ASAP. I worked with Gary who listened, and advised us on the correct product for our home situation. He even visited our home to provide a detailed estimate the next day. Just a couple days later, we had the 2 stair lifts in our home installed. Unfortunately for my grandmother, she wasn't able to adapt to the stair lifts due to her dementia. She didn't remember falling so she wouldn't use the stair lifts (even though they are very easy to use). But I remembered that Gary mentioned when he provided the estimate that they will buy back and repurchase the lifts if we no longer needed them. A couple months later, my grandmother was placed in assisted living and Gary purchased the stair lifts from me. This review is long overdue. At first I was just waiting to be sure my Bruno Stair Lift performed as I hoped and expected. Then procrastination took over. I started researching elevators and stair lifts at the first of the year. I thought perhaps I wanted an elevator and I was looking at the Stiltz. I found 101 Mobility through other reviews and visited their showroom in Costa Mesa. I actually rode the elevator into Gary's office. Working with Gary was fantastic. He came out and helped me determine that a stair lift was probably the best answer for my wife. No attempt to upsell anything, it was obvious to me that Gary only wanted us to end up with the best solution for us. During the process, he came out and took precise measurements and was very receptive to changes that I made at the last minute. We chose a Bruno Stair Lift. Installation was completed in May. The installers did a good job and when I did have one issue, Gary sent Sergio to assess it and both agreed to a slight improvement that was accomplished easily. From the very beginning of my interaction with Gary and his team, the process has been flawless. The price for the stairlift and labor was very competitive. Gary was so accommodating when we hit a small hiccup during the manufacturing process but everything was completed on time with no additional cost. The lift has given me the ability to continue to live in my condo and have the freedom to live independently. I did have a problem (self-inflicted) almost a year after it was installed. It was a weekend and I called to leave Gary a message because my lift was inoperable. He arranged to have one of his team on a SUNDAY to come out and resolve the problem. Doah from 101 Mobility came to our home to give us an estimate for the purchase and installation of a stairlift. My wife and I are octogerarians and have had some balance issues and determined it was time to have a stairlift in our two story home. We found Doah to be the perfect person to talk with about a stairlift. First she looked at our staircase and its access to an electirical outlet. Then she showed us different makes and models and their various features. Doah is very personable, warm and caring and provided us with the information we needed to determine if this was the right decision for us. She invited us to their store in Costa Mesa for an actual demonstration of the stairlift. My wife and I were able to test it out, and determined this was the right move. While at the store we had the opportunity to meet Gary the owner. We signed a contract and left a 10% deposit for the purchase and installation, which was scheduled for the next day. Arthur showed up at 8:30AM and immediately began the installation. The process took about four hours. At the completion of the installation, Arthur provided us with the information for the proper use and maintenance of the stairlift. He left us with the appropriate documents to register our Bruno stairlift, the two year warranty and an instruction manual. We wrote him a check for the balance. We have have a chance to use it several times, and it is "just what the doctor ordered". The next day Doah called to check in on how we were doing with the stairlift and give us additional information about its daily/weekly usage. 101 Mobility came highly recommended by one of our dearest friends, and we definitely concur. I am blown away at the service I received from 101 Mobility. I sent an email late on a Saturday evening about my mom's stairlift that was damaged during a remodel. I received an email that evening from Gary the owner offering to come out Monday to evaluate the old stairlift. On Monday they came out and determined the stairlift was not repairable as it was too damaged by paint being spilled all over it and it was moved to replace the flooring. By Tuesday we had a brand new Bruno Stair lift installed and is working great. My mom depends on this to keep living in her 2 story house.
