They are volunteer run so do not expect sales people. Neither are they brand dependent or loyal. What they know, they know from experience, not dealer training. They don't have everything all the time, but ask. You never know.

She strongly suggested (implied?) that I contact my Dr and get it right. After a very uncomfortable dialogue she FINALLY asked my date of birth. (I had given all that information over the phone when I made the appointment and again when I checked in that day). All along she had been looking at a different patient's chart.
