As part of the service we went on to check my machine. She noted everything in the chart was not what was on my machine. Nor was my machine registered with ResMed. She strongly suggested (implied?) that I contact my Dr and get it right. After a very uncomfortable dialogue she FINALLY asked my date of birth. (I had given all that information over the phone when I made the appointment and again when I checked in that day). All along she had been looking at a different patient's chart. She never apologized, all I remember her saying was "we'd better get you in our system). I should've gotten the equipment for free with an apology.

They had about 16 of these chairs on the floor, and I think i tried almost every one. Employee Amarvir helped us-- he was very patient and a great help in pointing out features and helping us make a final decision. We purchased a lift chair that day and I am so happy with it at home. Access delivered the chair 2 days later, set it up and all is well! Really good customer service. I do recommend this place for walkers, wheel chairs and the like.
