I observed a company employee driving at a high rate of speed, following others too close, swerving lane changes across all lanes of traffic on the freeway. It was so bad the driver could have found himself in jail if stopped by an officer. Called to let someone know that they have an employee driving unsafe (as I would want to know if I owned the company, $$$ if a collision occurs, liability concerns, it could be you he crashes into, etc..) and was met with the accusation of being someone's disgruntled lover. What? He said they have had that before. Talk about making assumptions. He asked how would he verify this call. I told him I could give my name and phone number, but then he didn't want it. He asked what would I like him to say to the driver. I want you to do your job. He said, "I feel like you're harassing me." What a big baby. I called back because the guy hung up on me after saying, "have a wonderful day." Then he accuses me of a vehicle code violation of using my cell phone while driving. I have Bluetooth. No hands. But yet he wanted a video of the driver. He also wanted the plate number, but when I tried to give it to him, he wouldn't take it and wanted to argue more about the issue of me calling. Then hung up again. Negative retention appears to be an issue with this company- with the person who takes the calls at 888 944-ANTS (Roseville Area), which could be Adam F. himself, and a particular driver (plate #77049Y3 on 4/1). I bet his response to this will be an indication of how he runs the business (mistakes, denial, accusations and no accountability). Imagine if you had a problem with a service and how it would be handled based on this interaction? No recourse except for small claims court maybe. Good luck with this place.

From the moment I spoke with Debbie to set up the appointment to the day of our fumigation it was constant communication. As some may or my not know, having your home tented is very labor intensive. Cleaning out food, spices, plants, animals; anything living or that you would consume has to go. Additionally, the perimeter of the home has to be cleaned up, plants cut back, any rocks or bark in flower beds close to house has to be pulled back, decks partially removed, etc in order for the tent to seal around the house. Because we rent the property management company was supposed to do the outside work as we are not going to be responsible for taking apart the house or killing any existing plants. Our property management company did not do that so the day of the fumigation, as we were on the road an hour out (you have to leave for 3 to 4 days) I get a call form Phil with Nor-Cal saying none of the work was done and no one was there to let his guys into our home for the management company. They were going to have to reschedule. My initial reactions was , lest just say not a good one. Phil took the time to talk with me and explained that he would try to get to it the next day. I called the management company to ask why the prep work didn't get done and they said they'd send someone to take care of it. Day 2, another call from Phil of Nor-Cal, nothings been done! He assures me that his guys will just take care of it and we would be able to return as scheduled. ..And they did! they also put the deck and fence back together, locked up our home and left a note that one of the guys had broke our sprayer to the hose. WOW!!! Honesty, integrity and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I know this is long but I think people need to know what these guys did to accommodate us and took up the slack when the ones responsible didn't follow through.
