Now by week 2-3 of nothing getting caught and the problem growing we both got frustrated. So now it leads to a distasteful situation, The thieving rats had stolen my rotisserie chicken, I sent a picture to Loren off business hours, he didn't tell me to keep the chicken, when he comes out to check it out the next morning he tells me, "where is the chicken?". I have children in my home, I'm not leaving contaminated food, and he didn't tell me to keep it. I proceed to dig in the trash because he wanted the chicken as bait, once he saw that I was looking for it and was not finding it, he then says "it's fine", then goes back inside the house and started picking up his little traps and said that he wouldn't continue the process. This situation plus him not believing there was rats made me frustrated, so we then argued in front of my house. "Do you think you know more than my 20+ years of experience?" Was his favorite line, they could improve on there customer service because this situation left me annoyed enough to seek there yelp, I don't like writing bad reviews but I work in customer service and this situation sucked, so there is a lot of room for improvement, (I have a lot experience in that Loran). Anyways my landlord found a different pest control team who saw things loran didn't, they believed me and I also have footage of the rats if Loren ever wants to see it for his peace of mind.

We've had 2 other pest control companies that can't/won't/don't do what Loran does. Within 2 day's he trapped and eradicated a skunk and after just the initial treatment of bug spray, we are seeing roaches and other undesirable pest eliminated. Great job Loran and USA Pest!!.
