While I would love to give a more positive review, my experience with ATI billing has been…read morehorrendous and this impacts my overall experience. When I attended my first session I provided my FSA card so that my account could be billed with each visit. My card was charged ($10) for the most part on each visit except for one visit apparently. While I had a pretty good experience with the trainers I worked with, I didn't feel my knee was recovering well enough so I cancelled the last 2 sessions that were scheduled. I then began receiving bills from ATI indicating I owed different amounts. At one point it was $30, then $40 and the last bills they sent me were $50. When I looked at my FSA card history, I could tie 4 of the charges to the dates they said I did not pay. I attempted to call the billing number on several occasions but could never get a live person to answer the call so I could rectify the matter. I then called the Leander location to let them know I was trying to reach billing. The person I spoke with confirmed the phone number to call and also took down my info to have Billing call me back. I had no contact from anyone in Billing. After 2 more billing letters from ATI, I went in to the Leander location in person to explain the issue and showed the front desk person my FSA card statement showing the payments I made. The person took down my info and said she would contact the billing dept and would personally call me back one way or another that day to let me know status. I received no call from the front desk person nor the billing dept. Today I received a letter from a collections firm regarding the bill. I am totally pissed that it has come to this when I have done everything to try to connect with someone and resolve THEIR billing error. If I had missed a payment along the way, why wouldn't someone alert me at each visit? I could have resolved this right then and thereby pulling up my FSA card history to address the matter. Now I have to fight this collections situation and I will never recommend ATI Therapy. (crossposting on other review sites and social media)

Ryan is hands down exceptional -- he brings a wealth of experience and expertise in therapy and has helped me overcome so much following my knee surgery in January 2025. His sessions are thorough, and he consistently introduces different techniques to ensure you stay on the path to healing and full recovery. I was back to working out again in a remarkably short amount of time! Bree is always there to assist, making sure you're reminded of appointments or rescheduled as needed -- and always assists with a warm smile or and a friendly attitude. Their commitment to your recovery is unwavering. I honestly could not recommend the ATI team more highly.

They only provide 4 sessions until you need a doctor's order and they were very helpful acquiring that from my dentist for me. Everyone I've met has been great from the front desk to the PTs themselves. Specifically I've worked with Chris and after 3 sessions not only has his personal PT helped, but the home exercises he provided have been fantastic. Each time I'm there everyone smiles, the employees seem to enjoy their jobs and the patients seem happy to be there. Maybe it used to be not-so-great, but I highly recommend ATI in Cedar Park.

I tried physical therapy at another company (not ATI) which did absolutely nothing. I was really down as the weeks and months clicked by. My doctor suggested I try rehab again, and was connected with ATI, where I have been going for the last six weeks. I just completed my final session today and I am very pleased to say I have made more progress in that time than the other 46 weeks. This is all thanks to the amazing ATI team!! Not only is the team effective, but they are all highly professional and so pleasant to work with. Kirstin was my primary therapist, but I also worked with Dave and Jenny as well, and I give my highest recommendation to each one of them. They were very effective getting me back to doing the things I love with no pain, and showed genuine care for my progress. The team at ATI treated me effectively and with great care. I only wish I would have gone to them sooner. I cannot recommend them any more highly - thanks all!!

I had a really weird, freakish experience. I wish I knew the name of the therapist, but there were…read moretwo people there and she seemed to be in charge. The guy who was there seemed saner right off the bat and possibly I would have had a better experience, especially as this outfit seems to be an oddly run chain. She was tall and thin, and seemed high strung. Her use of vocabulary seemed obsessive compulsive and odd and made no sense. She refused to examine the front of my hip which problem caused me to go in there. It is my upper hip area, from mid abdomen to the top of my hip. She told me that is pelvic floor. She wanted me to distinguish that area from my "lady parts", which is an odd term. I had put marks where the pain is and she wouldn't even look at it. Sore region is closer to my belly button and top of hit than my "lady parts", but, she shamed me about having my pants unbuttoned! She kept demanding that I tell her in terms of her quixotic vocabulary if things are "butt" or "back", and if I put things in her vocabulary it switched on me. So I'd point at a sore area in my upper butt and she kept saying "that's butt". "that's back". "Is that butt or back?" We didn't get anywhere. It was the most freakish medical experience I have ever had in my 70 years of living. I walked out before the visit was done, saying "we're done". The next day my phone is lighting up with text and voice mail messages! Perhaps in her mind we aren't done without her say so!
