This is an outstanding facility and I would highly recommend their educational experience to any family looking for a high quality pre-school for their children. Creative World has been a wonderful place for our little one to attend pre-school and we couldn't have asked for more caring or professional teachers, front office and director. The employees at Creative World go above and beyond, providing our little one a safe, clean and enriching learning environment. The facility also works diligently during COVID to keep the facility extra clean and the kids as protected as possible. Although the entire experience has been superb, we think the following points deserve special emphasis: The staff: From the front office, to the teachers, director and owner, the staff goes above and beyond to provide a safe, friendly and enriching environment for our daughter. They communicate clearly and often to ensure we understand what our daughter is learning and any additional resources she may need. Both the director (Ms. Amy) and owner have made a significant effort to meet our family and welcome us into the facility. The teachers in our class room (Ms. Kenna, Ms. Gabby and Ms. Rubby) have been wonderful. They provide tons of pictures and written updates via the app to let us know what our little one is learning and experiencing every day. The activities they do seem highly enjoyable and involved, much more than we would normally provide at home. The learning experience: Our little one has attended several pre-school/day care like facilities and has never experienced the level of development she has achieved at Creative World. We noticed just after a few months of attendance that our little one has made several noticeable developmental jumps. She is also extremely happy going to the school and has never complained or cried when we dropped her off -- something that we can't say for other facilities. If our 2 year old is obviously thrilled to go and has no issues getting dropped off, I think it is safe to say Creative World is doing something right. My son went here from July 2022 to January 2023. During his stay, he was always sick - high temperature, diarrhea, and diaper rash like the worst rash with opened skin. We went to europe for two weeks, my son didn't get sick and did not get diaper rash, we had alot of days when we only changed diaper in the morning and afternoon during our trip. He came back to day care, boom he got sick. i gave him probiotic but i had to stop or he will be sent home for having diarrhea. he had too many ear infections during his stay in this daycare that the doctor warned us he cant take anymore antibiotics. I talked to them regarding diaper rash. The last straw was one day he came home and he had diaper rash and dried poop all over his rash in the crack of his legs but no poop in the diaper, clearly the last diaper changed was not cleaned properly. its been more than a month now in his new day care: zero diaper rash, zero diarrhea (and started giving him again probiotics ), and he only got sick during the freeze time( week of january 31). i waited to get this review to see if we get the same experience in his new daycare. so if you want your child always sent home due to high temperature, or diarrhea or come home with diaper rash please enroll yyour child here. I have been so impressed with this school! The teachers do an amazing job with activities for the kids. The app makes it so easy to know what's going on with curriculum which it great because parents are not able to come into the school due to COVID safety precautions. They are also taking temperatures every day and all the teachers and staff wear masks at all times. There is a huge iSTEAM room called the Exploratorium. The students are able to participate in science, technology, engineering, art and math activities. There is this really cool light table and the kids use loose parts to build all kinds of things. The director, Amy, and assistant director, Melanie are always available to answer questions or just listen to me vent about COVID, my kid or my mask. I am providing a five-star review for the following reasons: 1. The curriculum provided at the daycare and kindergarten levels is all appropriate and engaging for the children. The children will learn, albeit at their own pace, but they will learn. 2. No peer violence, only violence prevention exists in this school. This school provides effective communication for students. 3. The school provides meals to accommodate all nutritional guidelines issued to them by the parents. Not many schools will accommodate such requests. 4. The exterior view of the school is inviting and well maintained. Students are happy to engage with each other inside and outside of the school. 5. No school is perfect, and this school recognizes this truth. I do think a school will always be a work in progress, and I am sure this school will continue to extend its very best efforts to ensure the wellbeing of all of its students. read more

Avoid this school. There is virtually no communication with parents. Worse, kids are told they are bad, acting out is handled by increasingly severe punishment, and kids are not taught how to get along well together. Teacher turnover is far greater than it should be. Everything is pristine - there is no dirt in the yard for kids to play in. Parents are never allowed in the building, so it is impossible to observe classrooms, making communication with families all the more important. That communication is nonexistent. In addition, this daycare is more costly than most. Please find a more child centered school for your child. read more

I've never even walked inside the building because of Covid-19 and I honestly have no idea what his teachers name is or what he does all day. You know for $1,300 a month all you get is a nice new facility with people who just don't want to do their job. read more

I was so excited when we toured this school. The visual experience is amazing. My daughter started going the first day they opened. Then everything fell completely apart. They kept mixing her up with other children with the same name. I met the wrong teachers for her class. They did not understand instruction that she wore pull ups during nap so she would have constant accidents, I was also under the impression that they laundered the mat blanket I provided due to the many accidents which they don't so she went almost 2 months napping on a soiled blanket. She is a vegetarian and I expressed that several times. Each day they would log her food as if she ate it all then would add a note stating she only ate the fruit because each day she had meat on her plate. I called almost every week to make sure she got a lunch so she wouldn't be hungry. Then there was an altercation with another child twice in the same day where she had a severe bite on her hand. I never got a call and was told when I picked her up at 6pm that day. Also they say pick up time is by 630pm but the light shut off at 6 and when I picked her up that same day they walked her from the back of the school in the dark, when I asked about it they told me the lights were automatic.. but they never turned on when they walked her through the school. I was so upset I was in tears that night thinking I should have followed my gut to pull her out when I first started noticing the issues but I kept blaming it on they were new getting through the bumps. I spoke to the owner and asked for a refund because they charged my card her tuition for the week I pulled her out. They told me 3 times he submitted it but it has now been 2 week and no refund. I tried to email and call but no response, I have now had to dispute with my bank. This organization is franchised and the safety concerns still give me chills. I would not recommend this school for any age. Trusting them with a child is completely out of the question. read more
