Before the procedure, I was informed that the chlorhexidine would be an additional charge, and I clearly stated that I DID NOT want it. Despite declining it, it was still applied, and I was then required to pay for it. I do not believe it is fair or appropriate to provide and charge a patient for an additional service after the patient has clearly declined it. To make matters worse, when I tried to address the situation, the front desk staff member was rude to me instead of handling my concern professionally. After being a loyal patient for years and recommending this office to many families, this experience completely changed my opinion of this practice. This is not just about the money it is about respecting a patient's decision and treating patients with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not recommend this dental office to anyone.

First visit was rush because the hygienist wanted to get off work early so she didn't clean all my stain that are very VISIBLE from my front teeth. After complaint about it to the dentist (Dr. Le) during the visit for my cavities follow up, they would bring me back to reclean my teeth, but the stain still there after the 2nd visit. However, this dentist didn't even know why I visit when he came to sit on his chair. He asked ME why am I here, I was already annoyed by this question, but while I explained to him why he didn't even pay attention, he asked me again "what did you said?" REALLY?? Aren't dentist supposed to know what is wrong with the patient before you get to the station? Third visit, for cleaning, I told them before they start cleaning that my teeth has stain and it wasn't done properly last time, they said the dentist (Dr. Quyen Dao) would clean my teeth this time. I was hopeful that my teeth would be clean correctly this time, cuz the dentist is cleaning this time, but NOPE! She did it like in 5 mins, didn't check with me if I was satisfy with the cleaning (since I told them what happened before) she then told me I have cavities again and rush off. Now I don't really know if I should trust them that I truly had cavities. Service there is horrible, the hygienist and dentist can't even get the simple cleaning right, how can I trust my teeth with them. Never coming back and the worse dental place ever!

Suppose to be a three visit process and wasn't going to extract the roots the first day. To my pleasant surprise he went ahead and found the time to do both the cleaning of the tooth and extraction. So impressive and I got to watch a show I was in the process of days recently on Netflix. It was so comfortable and pleasant my first time visit. It only covered 80%, but I used my Health Savings Account debit card for the rest. The dentist was very knowledgeable and talked me through it. It was surprisingly painless, but the local anesthesia does get in your mouth a little and tastes pretty horrible. Don't get me wrong, it was not a fun time, but I was expecting worse. The whole experience was pretty quick overall which is my main criteria, maybe a couple hours between calling for an appointment and being pain free. For that, I'd give six stars.

I've had cavities filled, my teeth grinding at night has been eliminated using a sleep guard, and I completed an Invisalign program that helped my teeth become perfectly straight without braces. The "treatment plan" that I received was filled with costs for random fillings even though I was here for an emergency root canal. The front desk even called the dentist back in to try pressure me into getting more work done. Conveniently, they suddenly deemed a few of the fillings "non-priority" even though they were ready to bill me for them. I still said no and my wishes were only respected after I fought for it. As far as the care I received, my experience with dentist was sarcastic and uncommunicative. I didn't know what was happening or what to expect during the procedure. I had to specifically request my medicated toothpaste that I was prescribed because they didn't hand it to me after my second or third appointment. Incidentally this happened after I denied the extra work in my treatment plan. When I went to another dentist and got a second opinion, he was confused at the need for extra fillings and mentioned that my teeth were in great condition.
