Well, I guess it is to be expected. When someone like Adeedo buys up a lot of small companies, then makes everyone drive in nice trucks and an Adeedo outfit...they're not doing it to LOWER prices. My first couple experiences with them were fine/good. A little more $$ than standard, but I get it. All good. However, I just had a guy come out for some issues with my toilet. I spent $240 to have them install a Toto washlet. Totally fine. Expensive but fine. But THEN...I needed to fix a small piece on the toilet and they were quoting me $600, for a piece I found online for $20 that only needs to be twisted in!!!! It was SHOCKING. Never again. I'm sure there are people who don't look what a part costs and just say "yeah, cool, just do it." But this was ridiculous. It was robbery. I'm calling someone else to handle it. If they also charge $600 (or even $200) I will come right back here and apologize. But I don't think I will need to. $15 part is ordered and on its way. A bummer because I liked them in past, but I should have expected it. Back to the independents, where I probably should have stayed. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. After having emergency service we had to have them come back 4 times for sink holes they created and work that wasn't done correctly. Their own technician came out to check the previous plumbers work (still from Adeedo) and had a LIST of things they did wrong. Then they sold us 12 month no interest and charged the interest anyway. When I called our regular plumber, a solo operator, and gave him a brief explanation of what was going on, he suggested calling one of the bigger outfits. He was familiar with our layout and knew, based on his onsite experience and what I was saying, that this would be a big job. It was a big job. It started with a camera in the sewer line and escalated as the imaging indicated a collapsed clay line. From cutting concrete in the driveway to patching concrete in the driveway, we felt we had their full attention and understanding of the significance of being without a functioning sewer line! They did work under the house to clear/replace drain lines. They worked in the driveway to install a liner in the broken line. A few neighbors commented that it was like the National Guard was here: many vehicles, many workers; many hands getting multiple jobs done. Throughout I had the feeling that our project was being well managed, and I actually had a sense that they may have underbid the job when I added up all the person hours. (It was not an all-male crew.) I should mention that our supervising tech (my term!) was Maffryn, whose hand-holding and assurance got us through. (Ruben was here to help get us going, but left to visit his Dad.) At the outset I shared some of the concerns others have expressed here: that I was being hustled into a big number. That concern didn't last long. I could see the amount of work, the pride the crew took in getting it right - including regular cleanup. Each person seemed thoroughly committed and knowledgeable. The concrete guys who finished the job took tremendous care to use the stamps or stencils that matched the concrete pattern on the driveway. Would I call them again? At the end I asked about replacing a faucet and was advised to call my regular, solo plumber. They would do it, but their minimum made it ill-advised. We were not concerned about their minimum, because our job was too big! Twenty-five year warranty (or is it guarantee?) on our job is a good thing. Tech priced and recommended a sewer line replacement because showed me a huge sewage leak under my house via camera phone. Priced out $13k for repair costs. Being disabled, I could not check myself, so had a good friend check to find there was no such leak. My friend also came out with a bunch of spider webs on him, which leads me to believe he didn't even go under the house at all ( I was inside the house the whole time) which leads me to believe that the video was from another place. Be cautious to avoid unnecessary repairs! Get a friend to check if repairs are needed or get second plumber to verify. read more

This company is not reliable. I had work done inside and outside of my home on June 12, 2025. The amount was outrageous for the work done. This company flooded my kitchen, back bathroom, back porch and ruined my washing machine (which have not worked since the time of flood since water was not turned off to line on back porch). I need my washing machine replaced and no one seems to get back to me. It is now six (6) months and no resolution or promised call back from these people. My front yard plants were ruined, and the plants were replaced with two (2) cheap Jasmine plants and flower bed not put back into condition they found it. I am a senior citizen widow over the age of 75 and I truly believe I was taken advantage of because I wanted to use my bank to finance this but was told by Roman that I had to use them (not knowing it was a 3rd party with ridiculous interest rates and when I received the bill it is something I never would never had done had I been told upfront). These people even upped my salary saying I made more than I actually do. Can someone give me info on how to take care of this problem? Thank you. read more

They did more harm to my system on the inspection that I was aware of. They left venting wide open that they created they fried my mother board and low voltage connecters on my heater unit and were totally disrespectful to me and my wife. Stay awat from these guys, what a rip off where they damage your heating unit for an inspection you want to fix. [PLEASE READ] I called this service to repair my AC because my system stopped blowing cold air. They quickly identified a leak in the coil in my attic. Instead of quoting to fix the replacement part, they told me that they had to replace the entire system, including duct work in the entire house, and that this repair was going to cost my family $32,000. I pushed back on the amount and they continued pressing. Reasons were the following: - it was a dirty and long job so was more expensive - if they simply repaired it then my new system it would quickly break because of larger problems with my duct work When I asked if they could just replace the leaking part, they refused and said it would risk a gas leak in my house. They also said they would lose their license and couldn't warranty the service. I continued pressing on price and they only offered what they described as "poor quality parts that would only last 5 years" and then requoted me $15,000. I received a paper estimate from the team for $15,000 and when I asked them to itemize it between parts and labor they didn't respond. Despite not responding to my request to itemize the estimate, they did feel inclined to follow up a week later asking when they could schedule the repair. End result was that I found an alternative family owned company. They fixed the part, no questions asked, and recommended (as optional) to replace my aging outdoor condenser for a total cost of $6,300. The other company fixed my AC and it works great. read more

AdeeDONT! Service Champions of Price Gouging! You need to read this. Take the time and make your decision wisely. You may not believe this but it's all true. Rating of "Not good" is an understatement. Leaking pipe in my attic. I had to shut off water of course. Had used JW Heating and Air for a big job A/C job and these folks are part of the same company, Service Champions . JW did a great job at what was a high but within reason price. Since happy with work JW did, they referred me to Adeedo. Adeedo came out fast... great. Guy spent 30 minutes looking at the situation. Went out side, away from me and called his "boss" to get me a price. He comes back with a price of $5300 to repair a leaking copper pipe! Says they need to cut hole in ceiling drywall to get to it so it includes that and repair of drywall. I question the very high price but since I have no water and a mess I agreed to it. I thought this was going to be a big job with tricky access with replacement of a lot of pipe and a couple of worker. Well the first guy leaves and an hour later one new guy shows up. He works for exactly 2.5 hours and completes the job per my wife. When I get home that night I look in the hole and see he replaced just over 1 foot of copper pipe! Not such a big job at all! So I got seriously ripped off! How can 2.5 hours of work and a $20 dollar piece of pipe cost $5300 to do? Thats like $2000 per HOUR!. I then google what this repair should cost. AI google says between $350 and $850! Then the next day my AAA homeowners insurance adjuster comes over to inspect. Tells me I need water/mold mitigation that they pay for. But they dont pay for repairing the broken pipe. I then tell her how much I was charged for this repair and her mouth hit the floor! She couldn't believe it was that much. She said thats not right. Then the water mitigation people they use came over. Two different companies. One to test and one to dry. Each one also could not believe how much I was charged when I told them. They said maybe they just put the decimal point in the wrong place on the price and it should have been $530 which is normal for this type of job. So now I know I was seriously taken advantage of. I call Adeedo. This was on Friday afternoon. I tell her I am really upset about this and I am hoping this "price" was a mistake and I want the price adjusted to a normal level. Im even ok to pay on the high end of normal since I know they are big company. I told her that if they are not going to properly adjust my pricing my negative reviews would be forthcoming. Price gouging and more. I will also report them to the state and other consumer organizations. She says she will have a manager call me back. No one calls. I call back on monday and speak to a person. She says someone will call me. No one calls. I call back again, no return. Then a third time I call (thursday) a manager calls me back. He is polite and trys to justify the charge. I give him the info I just gave you. He puts me on hold to say he will look to see about "reclassifying" the job since it seems smaller than what I was charged. He also tells me they dont price by the hour, only the total job and that where I live or my age ( I'm a senior) has nothing to do with it. Right. He comes back to say he will lower the price to $1700. I say that still seems like double the high end and he says thats the best he can do. So I reluctantly pay it. Then here is the kicker. AAA says they will actually reimburse me for just the cost to "open up the ceiling" to access the pipe. But they need a cost from Adeedo that is specific to just that portion of the job . Adeedo manager tells me they do NOT break out specific parts/costs on a job so cant provide that info. Really! You're kidding right? What are they afraid of? So now they are preventing me from getting some of their overly high costs paid for by my homeowners insurance. My AAA insurance agent was again in disbelief and appolgized to me about this. So here is the thing... Adeedo clearly tried to take advantage of me and my "emergency" situation. I'm sure Im NOT THE ONLY ONE they are doing this too. This is unscrupulous and the sign of a dishonest company. The fact that they wont even provide the info to my insurance company that is needed is just wrong. This practice should be illegal! So I dont know if this BIG company gives a crap about my bad review and me telling lots of people about how they work. You would certainly like to think they do care and would want to make this right and appologize to me. But I can tell you I am going to warn as many people as I possibly can about how this company operates. Make up your own mind. There are plenty of really great independent business who operate fairly and do great work. Clearly these guys are at the bottom of the pile in a dark place. Say it with me... AdeeDONT! Water heater service not completed because isolation valves were not fitted and access was not straight forward. It has been serviced every other year by another company. Access was then not a problem if we wanted to pay $700 for them to install isolation valves. I fitted them myself for $50. HVAC service appointment was a no show. Since they phoned to schedule the appointment it was odd they then had no record of it. Pretty sure you get what you pay for here. It's cheap for a reason. read more
