Adeedo sent a technician to inspect my water heater. After a short inspection, I was told the unit was damaged beyond repair and needed to be fully replaced at an estimated cost of $7,500. I specifically asked whether the unit had been fully troubleshot and if there were any lower-cost repair options. I was told no, and that replacement was the only solution. Something felt off, so I sought a second opinion from an independent technician. The issue turned out to be a malfunctioning sensor. The total repair cost was $89, and once fixed, my water heater worked perfectly, like a brand-new unit. This experience raises serious concerns about Adeedo's diagnostic practices. What was presented to me as a complete failure requiring replacement was, in fact, a simple and inexpensive repair. I strongly urge anyone considering Adeedo's services to get a second opinion, especially if you are being advised to replace a system rather than repair it. Well, I guess it is to be expected. When someone like Adeedo buys up a lot of small companies, then makes everyone drive in nice trucks and an Adeedo outfit...they're not doing it to LOWER prices. My first couple experiences with them were fine/good. A little more $$ than standard, but I get it. All good. However, I just had a guy come out for some issues with my toilet. I spent $240 to have them install a Toto washlet. Totally fine. Expensive but fine. But THEN...I needed to fix a small piece on the toilet and they were quoting me $600, for a piece I found online for $20 that only needs to be twisted in!!!! It was SHOCKING. Never again. I'm sure there are people who don't look what a part costs and just say "yeah, cool, just do it." But this was ridiculous. It was robbery. I'm calling someone else to handle it. If they also charge $600 (or even $200) I will come right back here and apologize. But I don't think I will need to. $15 part is ordered and on its way. A bummer because I liked them in past, but I should have expected it. Back to the independents, where I probably should have stayed. read more

In October 2025 we signed a contract with Adeedo Plumbing to perform emergency gas like work for a gas line leak at our Santa Monica property.This work was very expensive. Per our contract and as advised by Adeedo regarding our situation, we expected Adeedo to see our project to completion/finalization per the city code requirements. The City Permits were obtained by Adeedo Plumbing for their work on this job and another job on our property. The other job was finalized on 12/29/25 by the city inspector. However, the city inspector did not sign off on the other permit because the city is requiring that a correction be made on the work. Adeedo has had months to resolve this issue and they have not. We have contacted them multiple times over the past several months asking if the issue has been resolved and they keep saying the city isn't returning their calls, say they will look into it, or they do not get back to us. We have already paid Adeedo in full because they demanded full payment from the beginning of the project. Adeedo already sealed up concrete and a trench they dug at our property after their last in person meeting with the city inspector at the property on 12/29/25 even though the inspector did not approve/finalize the permit. We trusted them to finish this project and see it to completion. We would like them to completely resolve this issue in order to get this permit finalized and/or completed immediately per the City requirements. If Adeedo takes too long, this can allow for the permit lapse and incur more fees. Unfortunately, we have had this happen with another company before and I expressed this concern when Adeedo was demanding full payment. If this issue is remedied, I will update my review. They did good work and their workers were very professional for the most part. read more

Min Ukani is a rare example of an outstanding technician and scrupulously honest member of the plumbing profession. I first met Min several years ago after Adeedo replaced two mixing valves in our bathroom because there was no hot water in the shower or tub. It took 3 days, and the cost was $10,000. It did not correct the problem. They called Min to figure out what the problem was. In 5 minutes, he discovered a faulty $5 part on our tankless hot water heater which he replaced-problem solved. This time, his company gave me a $6000 estimate to repair a gas leak they discovered outside our home. I called Min, and he repaired the leak in a hour and charged less than $300. He is honorable and reliable. He is the only person that I would trust with any plumbing issue in our home. read more

When I called our regular plumber, a solo operator, and gave him a brief explanation of what was going on, he suggested calling one of the bigger outfits. He was familiar with our layout and knew, based on his onsite experience and what I was saying, that this would be a big job. It was a big job. It started with a camera in the sewer line and escalated as the imaging indicated a collapsed clay line. From cutting concrete in the driveway to patching concrete in the driveway, we felt we had their full attention and understanding of the significance of being without a functioning sewer line! They did work under the house to clear/replace drain lines. They worked in the driveway to install a liner in the broken line. A few neighbors commented that it was like the National Guard was here: many vehicles, many workers; many hands getting multiple jobs done. Throughout I had the feeling that our project was being well managed, and I actually had a sense that they may have underbid the job when I added up all the person hours. (It was not an all-male crew.) I should mention that our supervising tech (my term!) was Maffryn, whose hand-holding and assurance got us through. (Ruben was here to help get us going, but left to visit his Dad.) At the outset I shared some of the concerns others have expressed here: that I was being hustled into a big number. That concern didn't last long. I could see the amount of work, the pride the crew took in getting it right - including regular cleanup. Each person seemed thoroughly committed and knowledgeable. The concrete guys who finished the job took tremendous care to use the stamps or stencils that matched the concrete pattern on the driveway. Would I call them again? At the end I asked about replacing a faucet and was advised to call my regular, solo plumber. They would do it, but their minimum made it ill-advised. We were not concerned about their minimum, because our job was too big! Twenty-five year warranty (or is it guarantee?) on our job is a good thing. Sorry this got a little wordy, but brevity is not my long suit. All in all, although I only mentioned two in the crew, they were all terrific, as I already indicated. read more

Tech priced and recommended a sewer line replacement because showed me a huge sewage leak under my house via camera phone. Priced out $13k for repair costs. Being disabled, I could not check myself, so had a good friend check to find there was no such leak. My friend also came out with a bunch of spider webs on him, which leads me to believe he didn't even go under the house at all ( I was inside the house the whole time) which leads me to believe that the video was from another place. Be cautious to avoid unnecessary repairs! Get a friend to check if repairs are needed or get second plumber to verify. read more

This company is not reliable. I had work done inside and outside of my home on June 12, 2025. The amount was outrageous for the work done. This company flooded my kitchen, back bathroom, back porch and ruined my washing machine (which have not worked since the time of flood since water was not turned off to line on back porch). I need my washing machine replaced and no one seems to get back to me. It is now six (6) months and no resolution or promised call back from these people. My front yard plants were ruined, and the plants were replaced with two (2) cheap Jasmine plants and flower bed not put back into condition they found it. I am a senior citizen widow over the age of 75 and I truly believe I was taken advantage of because I wanted to use my bank to finance this but was told by Roman that I had to use them (not knowing it was a 3rd party with ridiculous interest rates and when I received the bill it is something I never would never had done had I been told upfront). These people even upped my salary saying I made more than I actually do. Can someone give me info on how to take care of this problem? Thank you. read more

They left venting wide open that they created they fried my mother board and low voltage connecters on my heater unit and were totally disrespectful to me and my wife. Stay awat from these guys, what a rip off where they damage your heating unit for an inspection you want to fix. [PLEASE READ] I called this service to repair my AC because my system stopped blowing cold air. They quickly identified a leak in the coil in my attic. Instead of quoting to fix the replacement part, they told me that they had to replace the entire system, including duct work in the entire house, and that this repair was going to cost my family $32,000. I pushed back on the amount and they continued pressing. Reasons were the following: - it was a dirty and long job so was more expensive - if they simply repaired it then my new system it would quickly break because of larger problems with my duct work When I asked if they could just replace the leaking part, they refused and said it would risk a gas leak in my house. They also said they would lose their license and couldn't warranty the service. I continued pressing on price and they only offered what they described as "poor quality parts that would only last 5 years" and then requoted me $15,000. I received a paper estimate from the team for $15,000 and when I asked them to itemize it between parts and labor they didn't respond. Despite not responding to my request to itemize the estimate, they did feel inclined to follow up a week later asking when they could schedule the repair. End result was that I found an alternative family owned company. They fixed the part, no questions asked, and recommended (as optional) to replace my aging outdoor condenser for a total cost of $6,300. The other company fixed my AC and it works great. read more
