If I could give this place a no star rating I would. I came in for a trim with a side bang. The stylist not only gave me blunt bangs but when I asked her to blend them she told me she was afraid to cut more hair. That was when I decided to pay and go to another salon to fix my hair. I had to pay double for a haircut. Once here and then again to fix what this person did to my hair. I had pieces in the back that were uneven. It was terrible! I called to ask to speak with the owner. I was told he was unavailable so I left my information with the Manager to give me a call back. Surprise, I never heard back. Take my advice and save your time and money, take your business elsewhere. read more

I called and asked to see Flor. I could not, but was told I could see someone else. The stylist was late for my appointment and talked the entire time and there was not a whole lot cut off. Hmmm. The second time I went I asked for Flor again and was told I could see someone else. I guess I should have waited the week/weeks to see Flor. I saw someone else. It was pouring rain out and I asked for just a haircut, not styling, no blowout. This stylist said absolutely nothing to me AND I was charged a full price. Had I known that I would have gone elsewhere. Very disappointed either way the cut was not what I wanted. read more

This was my first time at Adela's and I am nothing but blown away. They have complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate while you're waiting, and ample magazines if you're waiting for your nails to dry or getting your hair done. I got my acrylics taken off and had my nails repainted a beautiful blush color, and the ladies who helped me with my services were so sweet and friendly. I went with a healthy hair up to my waist and left with a complete burn hair, my hair dresser left bleach on my hair for more than 2 hours and keep saying " your hair is so dry I don't know how I'm going to untangle this" while she was shampooing my hair. Jus look at the hair dresser hair and you will leave with the same hair burn, that's how every hair in that salon leave the place. I feel sorry for the girl next to me she had a very damage hair and on top of that they were putting more bleach on top of that. The best thing I can say is Brittney was fabulous. She was friendly, thoughtful and took excellent pride in her work. All three of my daughters have very long hair and she did a great job with them! The downside to my visit was the the rest of the staff were EXTREMELY. Unprofessional. If I wanted to listen to a bunch of Trump hating disrespectful liberals I'd just turn on CNN. I didn't come here for any political bashing. I came here for a salon experience. I hope the owner is aware of the kinds of people being hired and that they keep their political opinion to themselves. It's enough for me to never return. read more

Fantastic nail service. I've been going to Dina for a long time, and despite having tried other salons in the area, I keep going back to her. She is meticulous but fast, and my manicure lasts as long as it takes for it to grow out (no chipping, peeling, etc.). For someone who doesn't have hours to kill for a nail appointment, I love being able to get in and out with a gel mani and pedi in an hour. Make an appointment; it's totally worth it. read more

I had a pedicure there this afternoon. I was greeted at the door by Dina. I didn't have an appointment. Dina owns the place. Pretty recent from what I got. She had a cancellation so she was able to fit me in. The basic pedicure costs $25 and the Deluxe package is $35. I went for the Deluxe package with the scrub massage and paraffin wax. Dina worked on me for about an hour. She was very thorough and was easy to talk to and took direction well. I believe this to be the best pedicure I have ever had. I will be going back!!! The man couldn't even cut my hair evenly with a scissor, even though I asked him before I left to double check. Seems like he only knows how to use a buzzer, no actual hair styling techniques at all. I brought my wife here to surprise her, I figured getting her nails "did" would make her feel better and she deserves it. As soon as we walk in it was instant gratification. The atmosphere was very warm, there was an immediate comfort in the air. Not only did they recognize us but welcomed us with a genuine smile and a proper introduction. They didn't sell or advertise anything they simply let the character and integrity of their business carry itself. They escorted my wife to the back and I got comfortable and relaxed. I waited for my wife and when I saw her she was all smiles and nails lol my wife mentioned how professionally accommodating the staff was. No sooner did the owner (Dina I believe her name was) came out, introduced herself and thanked us for our business and gave us a hug. As a man I am now reconsidering having my nails done lol so ladies if yall need to upgrade, come and get your nails done and play in the experience of it all.
