After many excuses by the owner they showed up at 11am with a 26 ft truck.mind you there were no pianos,large appliance etc. twelve hours later and after 2 trips they were done. They damaged a very nice desk by ripping a leg off but the complaint went nowhere and a refusal to reimburse. We also assisted the movers so that the move would be complete before the sun came up the next day!

The man on the phone said "There's a 2 hour minimum - might as well use our truck. It's $140 an hour you'll get 3 men. If you go over 2 hours we will charge in 15 minute increments" So I said "Great. It won't be more than 300 (my budget) HE AGREED. "YES MAAM FOR TWO HOURS". The drivers (ONLY 2 MEN) showed up to the storage locker 30 minutes late. I started my timer and set an alarm. I kept them over one hour expecting to pay $420. One of the guys (driver) spent a MINIMUM of 15 minutes on the phone during the move. At the end they HIT ME with a 4 HOUR BILL TELLING ME THAT THERE WAS A CHARGE FOR TRAVEL TO GET TO THE STORAGE AREA AND TO GET BACK TO THE OFFICE FROM MY HOUSE!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone.
