Emily put together a customized blend of all natural products based on the information I gave her about my allergies and the things I have to avoid; she even did research before I arrived. Had of a transportation challenge outside of my control and Emily was very sweet and understanding and worked with me to figure out a plan. Even though I explained to the massage therapist that I get weekly deep tissue massages to help with my chronic right shoulder pain (I need very firm pressure to work out the problems with my fascia) and that internal rotation makes it worse, she passively put my shoulder in internal rotation during the massage. Additionally, after asking her politely 3 times for her to use firmer pressure, she did not comply (used very minimal pressure) and ended up saying "I'm just warming you up." I'm not sure to what that even meant. In the end, I felt like I wasted an hour plus of my time. We were leaving that day and I would have much preferred to have left earlier. She used so much oil that I had to shower afterwards, wasting even more time. After the massage, it was like I had no massage at all. This massage therapist may not be used to giving actual therapy for people with injuries. She more or less rubs oil all over you with her hands for an hour. It was a pointless activity. This is the most inexpensive massage I have ever had and perhaps the low cost at this spa limits the talent they are able to recruit. read more

I had the worst massage of my life. Lots of just patting. No knots removed or worked out. I actually went to a different spa later in the day and actually had a good one. My daughter and I had gift cards to Artne Spa and it apparently recently had a name change. No issues using the cards at the new spa, Adeline. Check in was easy. Nice locker rooms to change into robes and slippers. My service was with Sam for therapeutic massage. I wanted something to break up the knots in my neck and shoulders and this did the trick. Very interesting guy to talk to (I don't mind talking during service and if I hadn't started conversation, he would have respected my quietness). He really made a noticeable difference in just an hour. Would highly recommend. My daughter had a regular massage and enjoyed it as well. Great thing about the spa is they charge 20% service fee which is the tip, so you don't have to worry about bringing cash or how much to give. We are locals and had a lovely mother/daughter time. read more

The massages were great but we had a mix up with our appointments and were very disappointed that there was not even a small accommodation made for the mistake, especially considering we rescheduled and kept our business with you. I understand needing to pay the service providers for their time and it was our mistake, but to charge the full amount seems excessive. read more

I went in for a prenatal massage, and the front desk attendant was amazing. She made me feel welcomed and was fast to make connections with me. Saying our couples massage was exceptional doesn't even do it justice! We were privileged to have Erin & Haley be our masseuses and they went above and beyond to ensure every little pressure point and knot was attended to. They are both very skilled and were extremely attentive to our requests and ensured we both had the best time! I personally really appreciated Haley giving me the option of focusing largely on my back and offering deep tissue (without any up-charge!) as I truly needed that. We both wished we weren't six hours away or we would make this a monthly thing! So if you live in the area you have no excuse! Go check them out! read more

I don't recommend this place. I got a decent massage but the quality of the service and facilities did not justify the exorbitant price. The staff spoke loudly to each other in the hallway outside the treatment rooms, disturbing the calm during my massage. One of the woman at the receptionist desk wore her mask below her nose at the height of the Omicron variant surge. There were no robes in the lockers as promised. The massage table was way too high for me -- I'm 5'2"--I could barely get up. (Would it be hard for there to be a step stool in the room?) Last, there were no places to lounge after the massage. A few chaise lounge chairs in a private area would be a valuable improvement. read more
