I asked for her supervisor Josie to call me which never happened. Today I finally got to speak with Ena, the Director of Medical Care only to be "redirected " to another home health agency. Again, 100% unprofessional behavior. If the director of medical care penalizes a patient for advocating for her well being and health, imagine how the rest of the staff behave. I asked to speak with Ulysses (the director of this agency) and I was not able to do so. I would never recommend this agency and if I could give them zero stars I would. But that's not an option.

Maria C was my caregiver scheduled for my surgery in Colton. She arrived on time and was very kind and attentive throughout the procedure and after. On the second day for my post-op appointment another Maria was scheduled. She also was kind and caring and a pleasure. She helped me with some household tasks and later took me to my appointment in Rancho Cucamonga. So if you are far from family and friends, or they are tied up with their own tasks, go ahead and hire Visiting Angels, who treat you like family.
