The front side of the wheels did look nice as they were recently painted. However, the style and design of wheels has large open spaces where the back side of the rims can be well seen from the frontal view and did show much dirt and stains that could not be identify. I was hesitant with buying them as I wasn't sure if the back side could be cleaned up and Sean knew of my concerns. Sean also numerously stated to me that the back side could be cleaned up as it was only dirt. So with reinsurance from Sean, I did purchase them for $1,600 cash and took them home and tried cleaning them. NO LUCK! Yes, the surface dirt washed off but later found out the the heavier marks were actually corrosion imbedded into the rim itself. These wheels are now useless to me because the corrosion areas can be seen all throughout from the front side. My problem I have with Sean is that he lied to me about all of the blemishes on the backside being able to be cleaned up and yet, that wasn't the truth. After learning what I was now stuck with, I contacted Shawn via Marketplace to let him know the outcome and haven't yet received a response back.

Our Lucid got hit, and this shop has been grinding through the slow and ridiculous process of getting specialty parts ordered, delivered, inspected and installed. This isn't a quick job. Nothing on this car is "off the shelf." Everything is hand-picked, VIN-specific, and apparently shipped via camel caravan. But Sean and his team haven't flinched once. Here's the secret weapon of the whole operation: **Mitszy**. She's the face of the business and the person who keeps the entire circus running. She's been unbelievably accommodating, especially with my wife's extra logistical requests during all this chaos. You know how most shops give you that "we'll call you" energy and then vanish? Yeah, not here. Mitszy actually listens, actually remembers, and actually gets things done. She's the kind of person who makes you feel like you're not just another repair ticket. And Sean, the owner, clearly runs a tight shop. You can tell quality is non-negotiable for him. They're not slapping parts on; they're restoring your car the right way. When you have a specialty EV, that matters. If you're in Northern Virginia and you want a body shop that doesn't treat you like an annoyance, Dulles CoachWorks is it. They've been nothing but straight with us, patient with the long parts delays, and consistently helpful. I trust them with the Lucid, and that says everything. Five stars, no hesitation.

I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion on Monday, April 14th. Just one week later, on April 21st--and after…read moredriving fewer than 500 miles--the car began displaying a "Service AdvanceTrac" warning. I had the throttle body replaced and the battery upgraded, hoping it would fix the issue. That cost me $600, and to their credit, Aren Auto Group reimbursed me $300. Unfortunately, the issue persisted. A diagnostic scan at my local Ford dealership revealed the car needs a complete transmission replacement--a repair quoted at $18,000+ because Ford no longer produces the necessary parts. This problem is actually part of a known recall for this specific model--something Aren Auto Group did not disclose prior to the sale. And coincidentally, this recall is now expired. According to the CarFax report, the vehicle had been traded in to Ted Britt Ford and then purchased by Aren Auto Group at auction, with only 10 additional miles on the odometer. It's clear that the car was likely offloaded at auction because of this exact issue. Rather than acknowledge the evidence from two highly qualified mechanics, including a Ford-certified technician using manufacturer-specific diagnostics, the dealership owner, Chris, still insisted I take the vehicle to their mechanic--essentially questioning the validity of the previous expert evaluations. The car is currently with their mechanic. The dealership's communication throughout this process has been poor, and at this point, I believe their business practices lack transparency and integrity. Had this issue occurred after 10,000-20,000 miles, I might chalk it up to wear and tear. But a major, safety-related failure within 500 miles of purchase points to a serious pre-existing issue that should have been disclosed. I now believe this vehicle was knowingly sold under misrepresentation and fraud. I'm not looking for anything unreasonable--I simply want my money back for a vehicle that is unsafe, unreliable, and not fit for use. If you're considering buying from Aren Auto Group, I strongly urge you to reconsider. This experience has been nothing but stress, expense, and frustration.

So it's been over a year since my last review. Shortly after my last review I was contacted by a…read moremanager for the service department, Rod. After much back and forth with Rod, I was told he would replace the faulty infotainment system in my van. That unfortunately wasn't relayed to the actual service department or the record for my van. So when I asked a service advisor about performing that replacement they had no idea what I was talking about so 15 months later and the infotainment system still reboots itself randomly, often freezes the screen and sometimes forgets I have a Sirius XM account, etc... Anyway, that was last year, this update is about the interactions between then and now. (other than being lied to about fixing my van). A couple months ago I noticed my Ram 1500 Limited pickup, which I bought from Fair Oaks motors, had a bubbling deformation on the leather dash. My truck is a 2020 so I am well beyond any kind of bumper to bumper warranty. I did some searching online and found it was a pretty common issue. I reached out to Nickie, who is the Customer Experience Coordinator, she has always been awesome to work with and seems to genuinely care. I explained what was going on with my truck and I asked if it was something she could look into for me since it was a common issue but I was outside of my warranty. She talked to Margaret, one of the service department managers who said they could work with Ram to see if they would cover some of the cost of the repair. Nickie scheduled an appointment for me to drop off the truck so they could get some pictures of the damage to send to Ram. When I arrived to drop off my truck Chris one of the service advisors told me there really wasn't any need to leave it he could take the pictures then and I could be on my way. This was awesome, it saved me a lot of hassle and only took a minute. Chris even took the time to explain a few things about how the process of appealing to Ram works and that it might take a while. I heard back from Margaret before the end of the week and Ram covered about 3/4 the cost of the repair. I couldn't believe it. I accepted the offer and was told they would contact me when the part arrived, which again was only a couple more days. They scheduled my appointment and a few days later I was dropping my truck off to get it fixed. Tyler my service advisor for the repair even ordered me a Lyft to take me home which was very generous. The repair took 2 days which was what I was told to expect and I have a brand new dash. After past experiences I was braced for the whole thing to be a pain, but it was very smooth and easy. It seems like they really are trying to make things better.
