Erin greeted me with a warm welcoming at the door when the store opened. She was very pleasant and got the shoes out I had on hold from a phone can the day before. Shawn was the sales representative that took charge of looking after me. I am a long time Ecco customer both in Canada and the US with very fussy feet. I wanted to mention the background because Shawn helped me solve my need for new golf shoes but also provided just the help I needed by listening to provide me with a pair a golf shoes that fit. The store was not very big but had a really good selection. I tried on several pairs and they all fit pretty well. Shout out to the very sweet and helpful store attendant who went out of her way to help all the customers find their sizes. I really liked this pair of pumps but couldn't find my size, she patiently went to the back of the store twice to help me find my size. So nice! I ended up getting 2 pairs of pumps on sale for $30 total. What a great deal! Very happy!
