I found myself with some time to kill on Saturday afternoon so I decided to wander around the Citadel. Given that it was Thanksgiving weekend, this was a really bad idea due to the traffic but I had already gotten stuck in the mess and decided to follow through rather than leave. Anyhow, I wasn't really planning on buying anyhing - I swear!!! However, as soon as I entered, the deals were unbelievable. I ended up getting a matching green track suit with jacket and pants for $30! I also bought 4 climacool shirts which I think are Addidas's version of Dri-Fit for only $10 each. Lastly, I purchased a nice soccer bag with separate compartments for the ball, cleats and other stuff for $28. The entire time I was there, the staff was constantly hanging up or folding clothes that customers were leaving strewn about. There were also employees wandering around with canvas bags to help customers carry their goods as well as find sizes and colors if needed. The cashiers were very quick in ringing up the orders. I seriously think this store did really good business this holiday weekend due to how well they took care of the customers and the store. And to be honest, this store beats the one at the Irvine Spectrum in terms of their selection if only it weren't such a drive. read more

So your buying a pair of gym pants and a young teenager comes by and pushes you to the side. Your like oh well she's a teen didn't see me so I keep on shopping. Next I go get socks and the same thing happens now I get elbowed and of course only the mother knows who she is since God knows I've never seen her before. At this point I said "excuse me? did you not see that you hit me"? to which her response was to let her ice cream cone go straight to my face and hair with a huge line of people just looking on. She then becomes foul mouth didn't know there where so much profanity one can say in less than 15 seconds and goes violent with body slamming herself on me and everyone still just looking on! Called for a manager and by that time now I had the veteran ex gang mother doing the same cussing horribly and threatening to no end. This woman was morbidly obese and I truly feared for my safety. My teen came to help only to get pushed and thrown around my the mother who was now aggressive and assaulting. Seriously no one helped no manager in site until 15 min later only to do nothing and say nothing. Security took over 30 min only to say they could not call police and of course did nothing. I was left breathless, and seriously fearing the worst all over god knows what? I waited for over an hour and police never came so I left with a terrible feeling of being wronged in an incident that could of possibly ended much worse and no one helped. Sorry this is not how I was raised, compassion, respect for others and lending a hand when in need still should prevail. Needless to say this is the last I visit Adidas the staff needs to be made of aware of how they can assist in case this scenario happens again. We live in angry, violent and uncertain times. We need to know how to relearn the goodness and kindness in people and know how respond in cases like this. Horrible incident, bad staff who showed no empathy no concern for a client's well being. Manager failed terribly just standing doing absolutely nothing! Training needs to take place! read more

Terrible service, the Mexican short guy looking manager wouldn't approve my welcome 15% off code I received when I signed up, he said it was online only, I showed him it said on there was to present at store or redeem online, never have I had that issue at the Adidas at the outlets of orange. I asked him to try the code first but he didn't even try to. Mediocre service, did not purchase my items, will buy at other location instead. read more

I went during covid and on Election Day so it opened late when I came specifically for that but it was chill, a short wait. Then there was a line, limited ppl in, and when I went it was 50% off everything including clearance and I walked out with two pairs of toddler shoes, Sam smiths and like the rn adidas kinda like the old school ones, they modded them up, for $55 even. Been to this store multiple times with my pet. Guy at door did not tell me nicely that I couldn't bring my pet inside. Just said I can't go in and shoved his hand right in front of me. I told him that last time their employees said to just keep him in my hands (and this time I even had him in his stroller) and guy still refused to let me pass and said "yea things change" Ok bud, don't take your job so serious I'll go give my money to other businesses. The customer service isn't that great but it is an outlet store, so it meets my expectations in that regard. This location is good for men's shoes and kids' clothing in comparison to some of the other adidas outlets in CA. Of course the items still have a high mark up but you can still catch a good "sale" here. read more

Great store with great sales and offers. Adidas was always my favorite brand so we decided to get sport shoes for the whole family. We bought four pairs but left with six, thanks to the offer in the store. Also we got $90 dollar off of our purchase. I've recently made a purchase on Dec 24th. my wife got a pair of adidas and only tried on 1 shoe and never looked at second shoe that was covered, the next day when she tried to put them on she realized the second shoes was worn and ripped. Went back the next day to get the shoes replaced and they declined. This is my first yelp and I was so frustrated that I felt the need to yelp this! I went to the outlet looking for some deal and was surprised to see the basketball jerseys marked up. I called to their attention and two people gave me the explanation that I would expect the outlet stores to be marked down but sometime they are marked up and continued to say that they don't always know the current price so they are not always aware that they are marking it up or down. What a rip. 1 jersey was marked up $5 and the other $15. Just to be clear their sticker was on the team store tag with both prices clearly visible. DONT SHOP HERE! read more

I love Adidas, and having the outlet close to home is so convenient. They always have sales . So today I went in to return some shoes that fit big. To my surprise they had a 50% off sale. Chris was very helpful. He helped me find shoes that were my size and styles I liked. Thanks to him i got a great deal. And Leo at the register made everything so easy. Hard to find people to help you. We were there Saturday, we asked them to put some stuff on the counter to hold it for us, value 250 $. When we came back in 45 min, the manager TAMARA decided to put ALL our items back on the floor. We go 3 times a year and ALWAYS make big purchases, T. told us that we cannot put anything on hold. I don't normally shop here, but I stopped by because I was on the hunt for some basketball shorts for my boyfriend. Plus, they were having a sale: 50% off all red tags! So of course, I had to look. There were SO MANY people in the store - it was a madhouse. Plus, the music was so loud, I could hardly hear myself think. I immediately made a beeline for the sale racks and found a nice pair of basketball shorts in my boyfriend's size for only $7! SCORE. My mom and sister found a few things and then we got in line. After about ten minutes in line (with only like four people ahead of us) an employee walked by and said "You guys know this is cash only, right? Yeah... our system's down, so we can't take debit or credit, only cash." And everyone groaned, including my mom. We weren't prepared to pay only cash, so instead of buying like $40 worth of stuff, we only ended up buying like $15 worth and put a handful of stuff back. I thought that since they were only taking cash, the line would move faster - but I was wrong. The employees were moving at a snail's pace - not a care in the world, no desire to deliver decent customer service. The cashier who "helped" me, didn't even say a word to me besides the total I owed. No "Hello, did you find everything you were looking for?" No "Thank you, have a nice day" No apology about their "server being down." NOTHING. The only thing that was good was the deal I got on the basketball shorts. Before I drove across town to specifically shop at this store, I checked out the Citadel's website for more information. On the "Sales" link there was a deal posted for Adidas: "Buy More Save More" offering discounts of $10, $20, or $40 dependent on the amount spent ($50, $80, $125 respectively). Cool, I thought that would offset the 1 hour drive. After picking out 3 pairs a shoes, I went to checkout and they would not honor the ad even when I pulled it up on my phone. The manager told me it was a mistake and it would be taken off that day. Checked a week later and it was still posted. False advertising??!? So my sister, her boyfriend and I came to the outlet for the fun of it. We were heading back to the parking lot and decided to go to the Adidas store. We were greeted by a lovely blonde worker, she even complimented my hair. We went straight to the work-out clothes. My sister didn't want to go to the fitting room, so she tried on shorts and leggings over her shorts. The employees started to look at us differently and one of them came up to us. She said with an attitude "we have cameras and if you want to try clothes on we have a fitting room". From the way she was acting and the other employee was acting I felt like they thought we were trying to steal. So we made our way to do our purchase and the cashier was very sweet. Now I get that maybe my sister should of gotten a fitting room, but the way that one employee came up to us with an attitude, making it seem like we were stealing, was not okay. She could of said it nicely. There are some nice employees and some not so nice. Probably wont come back, but if I do I'll be sure to ask that specific employee to help me get a fitting room. read more

Came into the store a couple days ago! was trying to purchase some shoes that said 2 for 100 once I went to the register a very sweet and kind young lady name Sheila told me they were ringing up regular price I had mention to her there was a sign that said 2 for 100 she went to check and said she would change the price for me! this place pricing is all over the place! in the past I have came in and have had the same issue but there mangers have said they couldn't change it ! While the young lady Sheila was ringing me up she was very kind we started talking about life it was nice and genuine conversation! She is smart and so humble ! I work for lapd so it was nice knowing that people like her still work in the retail environment because I been to stores where some of there employees are just nasty and rude! It's nice going to a store and being able to relate with someone! I gave this store 4 stars because of their pricing issue and their shoe section looks like it's about to fall apart with their shoe boxes on the top racks about to fall on top of people's heads ! but there customer service with the young lady made me want to come back and prices can't beat that ! read more

One of my favorite shoe brands! This is a pretty large store with limited styles of shoes, but I found their outlet prices comparable to other stores prices on the Internet. Not much selection in their shoes or sizes. A large section of clothing too, but I couldn't pull myself to buy anything when I was there. Maybe next time. read more

I was there two days ago (Feb 15th) I asked the staff before buying something at the adidas store. The employee said I can get the discount in the future by e-mail. So I signed up e-mail, and I bought some items from adidas and I came home. I noticed that after one minute of purchase, I received a 15% discount coupon by email. The coupon will expire in just two weeks. Obviously, I asked the staff if I could get a discount, I signed up but he said no, but one minute later I received a 15% discount coupon via email. The discount coupon I could use right away I contacted the store and headquarters to complain, but they didn't do anything. They said I can use this coupon next time but if they say so , I could purchase just one item and then use the coupon for the other items, What the coupon said is different from what stuff told me. I will never buy anything from adidas again. I never want to shop this company products which trick customers. read more

Firstly, the "Social Distancing" rule and % capacity put into place at the Adidas store at the Citadel Mall was "brutal!" Took 2 hours standing in line to get into the door! HOWEVER, would do it all again!!! Thank you Adidas for looking after your customers HEALTH WISE! Excellent...and you stood by your policies even though many of us became extremely inpatient. Was it necessary? YOU BEST BELIEVE IT! Now, the employees were awesome. Gave us an exchange on an item which had tags all over it.
