I went into Adjust toward the middle of the summer in 2015 with some major pressure points and a diagnosis of scoliosis and degeneration. I came as a referral from a coworker and was blown away from the get-go. Dr. Austin not only had an in-depth consultation that provided me with answers and a plan of action, but he immediately broke down for me what was wrong and how it could be addressed. After the initial visit and consultation, I started on a therapy plan specifically targeted toward the issues in my spine. I have been to several chiropractors in my lifetime, and NEVER before have I had my diagnosis explained to me the way Dr. Austin did, nor have I ever had such a comprehensive therapy plan laid out for me that focused on results. Dr. Austin answered all my questions and concerns, and was able to confidently overcome my apprehension about my previous experiences. He took x-rays from the beginning to see what he was looking at in order to adequately map out a plan for my specific situation. After my body had the chance to re-align and the muscles re-learn how to hold the adjustments the first few weeks, I was able to get x-rays again which show MARKED improvement in my situation. My neck, which previously had no curvature, was now following a curve, and my spine, which had too much curve, was finally starting to straighten out. The therapy plans and equipment used may vary per person, but the quality of care is consistent. Being motivated through the first set of x-rays, I continued my plan and my most recent x-rays show an almost completely restored spine!!!! I honestly cannot believe it! I look forward to continuing the work I have on my spine until I am as fully restored as I possibly can be, given my diagnosis. Given my improvement, I wouldn't be surprised if I achieved a full restoration! Plus, the pressure points I was dealing with have decreased dramatically. I rarely have to deal with those pains anymore. I have to say, being in constant pain at my age before going to Adjust compared to how I feel now is a complete 180! I have been dealing with back pain since 2006, and have always resorted to the quick fix of shots and procedures (ESI's, Epidurals, Rhizotomy) until giving Dr. Austin a chance. Dr. Austin has been very helpful with my back pain and neck. I haven't been to chiropractor for years but when I saw the add on Facebook I contacted the number and their replied was with in the hour it was 7:30 pm and they answered all my questions as to what to expect on my first visit and of course I had forgotten to fill out my paperwork ahead of time. This is a really great chiropractic team. I went in about a month and half ago with neck and upper back pain from a car accident 3 years ago and today, I am almost like new again.
