I had 7 different reps to my house to work on my AC and spent upwards of a couple thousand dollars with no resolution. The techs from Heating and air were able to fix the issue. It's great to have a properly functioning AC unit again! The techs were polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I have a Lennox, which not every tech is qualified to work on. US Air has techs specifically trained to work on Lennox systems. The customer service was excellent as well. They answer their phones every time I called and were always available to answer any questions I had. NOTE: I had every major AC company in the area work on my unit. They ALL failed to fix the problem. Some even created new problems. US Air Heating and Cooling saved the day for me!

Demetri was extremely thorough, running proper load calculations and explaining "good, better, best" equipment options without any pressure or upselling. They right sized the system for my home and relocated the outdoor unit so it was no longer in front of a bedroom window. The install team--Anthony, Manny, and Jose--finished the job in about 8 hours instead of the 12 originally estimated, worked quickly and professionally, cleaned up everything, and even swept off my driveway. The next day, Demetri and Anthony moved the return to a lower, more aesthetically pleasing location where I can easily change the filter, and while they were there, they also adjusted and cleaned the ignitor on my gas fireplace, which had stopped working--an extra touch that demonstrated true customer service. He inspected the unit outside, took pictures to show me what he observed (I had a Duke surge protector) and cleaned the coils. Did a thorough inspection of the unit inside. I was impressed enough that I signed up for the annual maintenance plan! It includes summer and winter maintenance and 10% discounts on labor/parts if needed. In my opinion, the annual maintenance was well within my expectations. I am a brand new owner of the condo and it meant a lot that he took the time to walk me through everything. I would highly recommend this company and definitely Matt hands-down! You can tell they're invested in building and maintaining relationships and that means a lot these days. Oh! It FAILED inspection on Monday Aug 5th for electrical. AC Mechanical has refused to send a tech out to meet the inspector to address these issues. Storm is coming and though I paid nearly 9K almost 6 weeks ago I do not have a functional generator (and I possibly have a SAFETY HAZARD). Spoke with the owner George who takes no responsibility for this situation and says "I can't help what the city does" and "it's not my fault". Contract indicates AC Mechanical handles the installation and inspection (which the generator has FAILED) "not their fault". To add to this already unbelievable service nightmare, the workers as AC MECHANICAL HIT MY CAR causing $4000 worth of damage when they came to install my generator.
