I've used Admiral Pest Control for the past 7 years for my annual termite inspection as well as my monthly pest control. They do a great job. Since starting with them we have little to no ants, we used to wake up to ants everywhere inside and out. In-between treatments if we see ants or anything else they will come out at no charge to take care of them at no additional charge. I can't tell you how happy I am with admiral! The fumigated our converted garage for 30 seconds- that is how loong they shot the gas to a tiny , tiny tube . 30 seconds. They have different crews for tenting and they rent a separate fumigation company. We had termites floating in our pool next day after they fumigate. There was no measuring go our converted garage. He just estimate. Also apparently one of the gas shotting man, allso worked as a inspector and aperantly gave us an estimate recently an he confronted my husband because we choosed the current company over his service. That s why my husband said the the fumigation took just 30 seconds!! We are not happy with the way the company handheld our concern . read more

I just started my service with admiral to help combat fleas Spiders and silver fish. My first session they came out to spray and told me we would have tk leave the house for one hour only to find out it was three hours after that. Waited one month and still was having active pests I called back again to have them service again and spray to help get ride of the pest, upon first call they gave me a window from 10-12 It's now 11 and I was told I have to wait until two on lock when I put my work schedule on hold. I will update later on but I feel like they haven't given me straight forward answers since the start, I want to book a time a lot that isn't making me take half a day off work to wait around for a technician to spray. Currently frustrated eight w customer service and the lack of care in the customers time frame of daily life. read more

We had the service for decades. Unfortunately as years have passed, the service has suffered. Prices have gone up, and the yearly spray which was super cheap to do is now $70. Just spray it yourself. read more

We contracted with Admiral Pest control because we had persistent issues with small bugs in our kitchen area. We have a one-year service contract which offers us four visits, approximately three months apart. The technician spras around the outside of the house and then inside the house, especially looking for specific rodents or insects that the customer has indicated are a problem. We had to reschedule visits a couple of times due to docto'rs appointments and other conflicts, but Admiral always accommodated our need to reschedule. Our service technician is friendly and professional, and answers any questions we have. This service has definitely helped improve the cleanliness and health of our home. read more

Destroyed our air conditioning fan spraying insulation and running the air conditioner. It was caked on and could not be repaired. To replace the air conditioning was over $20,000. When confronted with this information and told I would not be paying the $2500 until they paid for replacing the fan, destroying my air conditioner, and being displaced for 10 days. I received an attorney letter THREATENING a mechanics Lein and FORECLOSURE on our Million dollar property. We tried to clear the house of rodents and pests for my three little kiddos to make it a safe place to live. I had to pay so much money to replace the air conditioning they damaged and I receive a threatening letter about losing my home. It's just not right. Do not call them. Save yourself the stress, hardship bullying. In response to you Trevor, You were contacted by our attorneys, we had photos, the estimate from the replacement air conditioning people and their account that the insulation you sprayed destroyed our fan with pictures. I also had a final bill from them submitted to you. To come on here and defame me is disgusting and sad business practices. More of a reason not to do business with you. Take accountability when your business makes mistakes instead of claiming no fault and passing the buck. read more

When Alex came out to bid on their service, he was very professional. We have a Spanish house with a tile roof. We were concerned with tile breakage. Alex advised they have several crews that actually do the work. There is one crew that specialize in Spanish tiles and are very careful. They will assess, and if they see that too many tiles are breaking, they will contact us to determine if we want to proceed. We also have a false roof, and were told they will roll padding down and then roll the tint tarp over that. As we were leaving, we saw one of the crew crawling down the false roof. They broke over 175 tiles, and no one ever called us. It will cost us twice as much to repair the roof as it did the tinting. Alex also came out a few days before with plastic bags to bag our food items and he went through and identified things we did not need to bag. Later, I even called the office to verify a few things. The day the crew showed up, we were told many of the items we did not have to bag, did need to be bagged. Our neighbor informed us they called the emergency number the first night as the noise coming from a fan was extremely loud (next to their window) and could not sleep. No one answered the emergency number. When the crew showed up to remove the tint, they informed them about the call and the individual told them, we don't answer calls after hours, even though it was the emergency number. We called the office the last day to see what time they might be through removing the tint, as we had the gas dept. coming out. They stated they would call us back. They never called. We just showed up and had to wait about 30 minutes. We feel, once they had our business, nothing else mattered. The next day, they immediately called us wanting our final payment. read more

I tried three pest control companies before finding Admiral. Access to my attic is difficult, and Mario is the first inspector who actually went into the attic and did a thorough inspection. On the day of my treatment, Alex lead the team of Eduardo and Juan. Everyone was very polite and attentive to my wishes and concerns. Alex worked inside, and was careful to prevent any damage or dirt inside, as were the two gentlemen who worked outside. I was very impressed with the customer orientation of this company. We had to redo the attic again because the work done by the Co we hired around Xmas last year that did not prevent Rats from coming in and they did a terrible job insulating the ceiling and floor of the attic. I had Admiral Pest come out in May to seal the gaping pest entry pest points then kill off the rats and mice trapped inside. Johnny, George and Brian not only took off the mismatched foam batting on the floor, double checked to make sure all the Pest entries were well sealed and blew in insulation on the floor again. Brian even tucked in the insulation around the trap door so it wouldn't fall out when we pull down the ladder. The job took 3 days and every day they made sure to clean up the debris, put down plastic up the sides of the hallway where the attic was and swept up after themselves. They took all the bags of rubbish with them so I didn't have to deal with it. They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and masked when inside. *****Update. Someone finally showed up and I received a text that a voicemail was left changing my time to 1 PM to 4 PM because their answering service did not have the calendar. Umm...ok so maybe a voicemail was left but its 2019. Who listens to voicemails? I work 14 hour days. An email or text would have been great. And I specifically remember emailing for information and getting a call back from who I assumed was the company and they set my appointment. Anyways. The technician was cool. He told me what I already knew. Quoted me but I won't be using this company based on my overall experience. This review does not reflect my interactions with the inspector because I really liked him. His name was Tafao.***** I scheduled an appointment last Sunday, today is Saturday. I found mice in my home and this is something I really wanted to get taken care of asap. My appointment window was between 8 AM and 1 PM. This is a very large time frame that I had to wait for someone to show up and no one ever did. No phone call to cancel, nothing! I wasted my entire morning and waited all week for this appointment, when I'm sure another company could have come out if I knew sooner that no one would show up. I called and only received their answering service. They left a message and I hadn't heard back so I called again. This time I was told that they actually close their office at 12, which is why I keep getting their answering service. I told them I no longer want to deal with this company. Now I have to live with these pests longer until I can get someone else to come out. read more

I've used Admiral before and needed emergency treatment for fleas. We live right by a hillside that lots of wild animals are attracted to. Sabas Moreno came out on time & ready for action. I showed him the exterior area that fleas were hanging out in and he drenched the area completely. He also shared that the fleas were jumping on him while spraying.
