A week ago I called Fenn to schedule an inspection of my house for termites. Tobias arrived promptly as scheduled and checked the area where I saw what looked like termite wood droppings. I canceled after the first service and was charged a $250 cancellation fee. Unlike my previous pest control providers, this company gave a 4-hour arrival window instead of a set time, which made planning difficult. I also wasn't informed in advance that I'd need to vacate my home during treatment. With no place to go, I had to confine my cats to the bathroom--an area that couldn't be serviced--and wait outside. Fenn has the contract for our condominium development. They sprayed something in the area they thought was the termite entry point and it stained the beautiful natural wood ceilings. Bees were building a large honeycomb inside my walls. Two pest control companies wanted to just spray chemicals to kill the bees. However, FENN dispatched two very professional bee keepers, Sal & Luis who quickly identified the location of the honeycomb inside the wall and completely removed the entire bee colony along with the honeycomb. Unlike what other pest control companies had told me, treating with chemicals would never have fixed the problem....bees would definitely return. We've had Fenn's quarterly service for a year now and I couldn't be happier. Aside from ensuring our home is free of unwanted pests, my husband and I have peace of mind that we have a team we can call if we have any issues in-between services. Requested a service to remove the honeybee nest at my backyard two weeks ago. A field person came and sprayed on the nest. The honey bees are still around. A technician from Fenn pest control was sent to our apartment complex to clear up some issues regarding cockroaches. For around 7-8 weeks they sprayed every week to try to clear the issue, and it was only after meeting with the manager that we were informed we had to take out all pets from the unit so they could do their fogging treatment, which is the preferred treatment. Their technician who was previously spraying our home had told us that we could leave our pets in the room and it would be no problem at all, and when I brought this up to the manager he just simply said something along the lines of "oh yeah well that guys not with us anymore unfortunately". Not even a sorry or any concern for the time that was wasted. It's also important to note that the first 7-8 weeks of treatment did NOTHING. It was only after we had gotten a different technician who moved the stove and confirmed it was the source of infestation. To which he informed the apartment complex that a change of stove was necessary, and after that we started seeing an improvement, but it definitely wasn't over. All of this led me to believe that they were spraying constantly without any actual knowledge of where the infestation was coming from, which is very upsetting to hear since we've had to clear out our entire kitchen for these "professionals". It's now nearing 6 months into treatment, and they still don't have a full idea of when they're going to finish. read more

We have used Fenn for termites and fleas. They are reasonably priced compared to the others I have called. One company (Homeshied) charges double what they quoted me. They are on time. The only bummer is the 4 hour window which makes it harder to plan the day but its not a big deal. We are pleased with the flea treatment. We never had a flea problem before and do not even have cats/dogs at home. They came out 2x. We have seen a big reduction in fleas after the first treatment and after the 2nd treatment, we were no longer getting bitten. I advice people to follow their instructions. Make sure to vacum every single day and frequently wash beddings and sofa covers. It was a lot of work but we got rid of the fleas with their help. read more
