A week ago I called Fenn to schedule an inspection of my house for termites. Tobias arrived promptly as scheduled and checked the area where I saw what looked like termite wood droppings. Unfortunately, he confirmed that those were indication of termites. He explained how the infestation occurred and how treatment will resolve the issue. He let me know how much it would cost to treat the area, which I thought was a reasonable price. He also asked for me to call their office to make the payment over the phone. Unlike my previous pest control providers, this company gave a 4-hour arrival window instead of a set time, which made planning difficult. The retirement community in which we live, we share a wall with the next door unit. When there is an infestation in one unit, it is only a matter of time before the other unit is affected. Bees were building a large honeycomb inside my walls. Two pest control companies wanted to just spray chemicals to kill the bees. However, FENN dispatched two very professional bee keepers, Sal & Luis who quickly identified the location of the honeycomb inside the wall and completely removed the entire bee colony along with the honeycomb.
