I have traveled so often that I almost forgot that keys are actually a thing(versus a key card). Each room has its own little porch which is nice. When you walk in the room the first thing you will notice is there is no odd smells and it is clean! Their website allowed us to check each available unit. We chose the unit and reserved two days. Medical issue arose, and we needed to delay the trip by a couple of weeks. Their instructions for getting new towels were clear and easy to follow. There are laundry facilities on site. We plan to return, so that says it all. I would refund the stay if I gave a damn about consumer experience. At least 50% back the nights they slept without a locking door in the room? Buy them a meal for the gross pans in their kitchen? The air conditioner/heater was one of those crappy things that cycles on and off all night, waking us up at every interval.
