I don't really need the extensions and lifting seemed like a good original j for me to try. I didn't have time that day so I made an appt. Came back for my appt the following weekend and Z helped me out again and did a great job on not only my first eyelash lift but she also retouched my brow tint. Threading Brow Bar is a clean, calm establishment and Z is kind & excellent at explaining their services and providing explanation. They also offer packages for their services. They have a threading and tinting package for $99/mo. If you go once a week that's a really good deal since the brow and tint is about $25 per service. TBB is a hike for me but well worth it when I'm in the area and I'll likely return for future lash lifts

More critically, the quality of the lashes was extremely poor. Despite following all aftercare instructions, a clump fell off the very next day, and half were gone by the end of the week. I was then charged an additional $10 to have the remaining lashes removed. The experience was capped by the technician asking for a tip, which I found insulting given the poor outcome. I absolutely would not recommend this establishment for lashes.

Deluxe is clean, quiet, and very calming to be in. The prices are very fair and not outrageously expensive like other places. While I don't know how long these lashes will last they have been great for the past 3 days. Absolutely nothing has fallen out. I am currently going out of the country and will be swimming and sweating away in the heat. I will give an update when I get back in 10 days. Literally all i can say is she listens to what you want! If you don't like something just tell her, she will make changes. Her prices are very reasonable and her lashes with good care, can easy go 3 weeks (that's me though, i know people can go longer). Very sanitary wears a mask and requests for you too. (Which I'm totally ok with) So when making an appt, i just text her and she comfirms. She does require a deposit, which is understandable too. She made adjustments to the extensions (width, placement, etc.) based on how my natural lashes grow and explained the process. I always get my full set done by Nina and always call ahead of time to book an appointment but the experience I had yesterday I will never go back as I was sitting in the chair getting my full set done by Nina that took about 2 hours but for the last 30 to 20 minutes I started itching really bad on my buttocks. I didn't know what it was and I kept thinking it would go away. I saw fruit flies flying, and I just assumed maybe it's the fruit flies biting me, but the itching was getting worse and worse at this point Nina was painting my nails I got shellac and you know how you have to put it under the light so I couldn't scratch my buttocks. I was suffering, but I was trying to hold it in because I was embarrassed. How can I say wait let me scratch my butt. So I waited until she was finished as soon as she was done I rushed to the restroom and took my pants off and shook it. I saw one bed bug fall off. I looked inside my pants and saw blood stains from where the bedbug had bitten me. I started examining my buttock and saw large bumps all over my right butt cheek. They itched so bad. at that point I started taking pictures just so I could see more clearly. I was so disgusted. I put on my pants and proceeded to go to the front to inform management. Kim and the other manager was very dismissive and told me no we don't have bedbugs we have leather seats. How can bedbugs get in leather seats? I proceeded to show them the pictures and they dismissed me. They said no they don't have bedbugs. I was so shocked. I am a long time Customer and always pay. It's never been an issue for me. I told them that I'm just letting them know so they can do something about it and that I'm not looking to get free service or anything they continue to dismiss me and say no we don't have bedbugs and walk off. Kim came back was very rude and told me OK. The most we can do is give you 10% 0ff... My full set was only 64 dollars so it went down to 54. They didn't care about the injury I suffered in their business. So I proceeded to pay and told them I will never come back. I even showed them the bed bug cause I wrapped it up in tissue and they still said they don't have bed bugs. DONT GO HERE THEY HAVE BED BUGS!
