I never had an issue with finding anything I was looking for, but the few times that I needed help I was greeted with smiles. They have changed the outline like any other space, but I never had an issue with re-adjusting. I had a very great experience with the Sephora one night when I wanted to get my makeup done for a special occasion. Caroline Kennedy was the Sales Person Extraordinaire! Her service was the most professional. We were not exactly sure of what we wanted. She was very patient with us. We did not feel rushed. She made us feel like we were a part of her family. Mr. KLUGER, as busy as he were, took time out to make us feel extra special. He personally did the measurements to insure that coats would be a perfect fit. In the end we purchased three different coats. We were given a price that was unbeatable!
