Honestly a very good experience and affordable! I made a last minute decision to chop my hair off! I called around to different salons to find the best price for what i wanted (just a hair cut and style) and Adore De Salon offered the best price! Very simple inside and really just one big room but still nice and felt comfortable! They were able to get me in the same day I called! PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU VISIT I recently visited Adore de Salon and was serviced by Yolanda. I had asked for a solid color chocolate brown, and showed a photo which I will attach below. Since I had a previous balayage, I asked her if it would work and all blend together and she said yes that would be no problem. She washed and dyed my hair and put me under the heater. When she dried it, it was darker than I expected when I pulled it forward. She said it would fade to the color I wanted with some washes. She never showed me the back. When I got home, I saw the back in the mirror, and my hair is half brown and half black. The black almost has a blue hue to it and there's pieces that were missed as well. I am so upset because I am being told by another stylist that it will be hard to fix and it should not be this way. What's worse is the owner never replied to my email (the only way to contact her since she doesn't go in) and Yolanda never returned my calls. Now I have to spend more money to *attempt* fixing it Update: got a call after this post and got 50% of my money back. Fought a little more and got my tip back. Also washed my hair and an alarming clump rolled off my back. This has never happened before- see photo. read more

I made an appointment explaining I had a short pixie style cut and needed a good salon in Windermere. The person scheduling said the best hairdresser for that could do it 4 days later at 11 a.m. I scheduled. Then I got a text the next day asking if I could do 5:30 instead and I replied yes. A half hour before the appointment as I was driving to the salon, I received a phone call saying there was a scheduling problem and could I come at 6 instead. I cancelled as this indicates a lack of professionalism for a salon and I am not comfortable going. read more

Had to make a quick stop on my way to Patrick AFB to drop my son off!!! (GO AIR FORCE) and stopped in for a quick cut very happy with price was $20 cut and style was expecting much more for $$$. Wife got hair straight for $45 have paid as much as $80 in Georgia. Lisa was super nice and bilingual was a huge plus. read more

Very disappointed with this salon, I called in for an appointment to get my hair colored and they said they had a last minute slot open for the same day and I was more than ecstatic to get my hair done so I took it. Once I got there, the lady at the counter told me the receptionist had given me the wrong time and that they had no time to do my hair cause what I wanted done takes "way too long". The lady didn't even suggest to reschedule, just basically sent me away looking for a different salon. Their customer service completely sucks. First and last time here for sure. read more

Had a consultation with Lisa agreed on doing a "halo" to touch up some of my highlights and add few more lowlights to give a more natural look. I ended up with more highlights, uneven color...just awful! I spent more money trying to fix it with another salon. read more

Follow up - after a couple of years as a customer I was having an issue with my color. I asked several pointed questions and she became flustered and said she felt attacked. My recommendation is, if you need something done, she does a good job, but she has a tough time communicating and handling any kind of push back. It's a good thing she has her own place because I don't see her being able to handle the "real world" where people ask questions and aren't always 100% satisfied. Very disappointed. read more

I first went in to this salon in February for my root touch up color and highlights Cher quoted me $130 and did my hair root color was off much darker then I normally got it but I liked the highlights and told her I would continue to use her , I texted her last week because I'm due for my root touch ups she told me she was on vacation and would do my hair Wed or Thursday (I'm going away on Friday), I texted her yesterday no reply I texted her agin today to confirm for tomorrow and her reply was she would only do my hair if I paid $190 (for only root touch ups) she could have told me last week that the price have gone $130 to $190 and I would have decided if I should go to someone else or wait for her ! Candis always does a great job cutting and styling my hair. I know I am in good hands when I make an appointment, and it will come out looking the way I want it to. This week I brought my mother with me for a cut too. Candis gave her a fabulous swingy bob that looked very elegant and stylish but is still easy to take care of. Candis really listens to what you want to have done and is very patient and gentle. I would recommend her as an expert hair professional and we have fun trying out new hair styles. read more

I have been visiting Lisa for a bit over a year now and couldn't be happier! She really listens to what I want for my hair but she also gives good advice and ideas, too. She is up front if she doesn't think a color or style would work or might damage my hair and tells me exactly why. I receive more compliments on my hair now than I ever have, and I find it easier to style. The salon itself is really pretty with chandeliers and large mirrors, and it's very clean. They also have a nice selection of products but are not pushy about selling them to you. Overall, I would recommend Adore de Salon to anyone. read more

I didn't want a refund but asked youto fix the red in my hair but you told me it would cost me another $40 and it was you that offered my mother and me you would give me a refund but I wanted you to fix it and I never asked for a refund for my sons hair only I was not happy with it,as far as my mother she never asked for refund only you left greys showining not covered.But guess what you think I that I will not get a refund your wrong about that cause I am but if I was in your shoes you would wished you would have fixed my hair. read more

After a long consultation with the owner of the salon, I had her do highlights on my hair. The top was very, VERY blonde and looked more like a single process rather than highlights. Underneath on the sides were where the real problems were. It looked as if the color bled into the rest of the hair creating striped look rather than highlights. Also, she left the color on way too long, and it went from the dark stripes to bleach blonde to the color which was there previously creating a very mixed color look. When I confronted her, I was able to get a refund, however she did not even want to see where she messed it up. My hair now looks awful with all these different colors and I can pretty much forget about wearing it up. I tend to be picky and thought it might just be that, however when I showed it to family and friends, they said it was just as awful as I thought. I now need to go and get someone to put lowlights in it to attempt to fix this mess. read more
