Leal Marston Salon is the best salon in Orlando, hands down! Anytime anyone needs a hairstylist or salon recommendation, I always swear by Luis at Leal Marston because I trust him entirely and he is so experienced. He's been doing hair for 15+ years and I've been going to him since 2020. Luis always takes the time to give an amazing, undivided consultation. I feel he really listens to me and is honest with my expectations on what my hair is actually capable of achieving. He has a great sense of style and knows what's on trend and he always keeps me up to date with my look. The salon itself is big and industrial and open and everyone has their own sense of style. I love going there to see what all the stylists are wearing because it gives me fashion inspiration too! (Not that fashion truly matters but these stylists are true artists and have their own sense of style and in this industry, it's like having extra confirmation that you're in the right place). They have the full Kerastase and Oribe lines there for purchase so you can take home whatever was used on you so you can continue to keep your hair healthy and style it the same (or as best as you can!). They offer coffee, tea, champagne and mimosas while you get your hair done and it's those extra touches that make me feel like I'm truly being pampered. This is a high end salon with high end pricing (every stylist truly deserves it for their quality of work and effort) but you truly get what you pay for. I love it and look forward to my appointments every time! A special thank you to Luis (if he sees this!)! You have taken me from bright blonde to dark brown and back to blonde again-- AND I STILL HAVE HEALTHY HAIR! Lol! I give it one star since no star is not an option. I went to Gio over 5 weeks ago to get a very blonde hair color. My daughter recommended him so I did the drive up to the salon. After 5 1/2 hours of bleaching my hair, it came out a white beachy blonde, and although my hair was very dry, I loved the color. My husband, who never comments on my hair, loved the color. It looked great in my daughter's wedding photos. I went back last week and told Gio now that we had the right shade, I wanted Gio to add some low lights to give my hair some dimension as it was all one shade. He understood what I wanted as he said he would blend in some beige and it would not look streaky. The first time he dried my hair after putting on the color, it came out an ashy color all over, looked grey, and my beautiful white beachy blonde hair was eliminated. He then put on another toner, and I now have what I call yellow blonde, which I hate. My recommendation is not to ask Gio to do anything slightly complex to your hair as he did the initial color well. At least now I won't have to drive the 90 minutes to the Leal Marston Salon to get my hair done as I will not be going back. read more

5 stars for this fantastic salon! I have two friends that have been going to Leal Marston Salon for a while. Their hair always looks so trendy and healthy. I had been meaning to try this place for a while but always forgot about it when the time came around for a "do change." Anywho, I had a hair emergency after doing some extensive damage to my hair ... I burned it ... yup, I burned it when bending over the stove. Burned. Bye Bye hair. After cutting out most of the singed pieces and shaping my own coif into the form of a lady mullet, I called Leal Marston because I knew a big cut was in order. As my friends' cuts showed what they can do, I gave them a ring-a-ding. (Oh, and when your burn your hair, you should probably get it cut quickly so more damage doesn't happen with hair dryers, etc. Yup. I know stuff now.). Anywho, I called them up and a lovely fella, Eric, answered the phone and listened to my fire-hair story. He did his best to get me in asap and he succeeded. Enter Lauren ... I ended up seeing Lauren the next morning. She wasn't wearing a cape but she should have because she is a HAIR HERO. She could have saved what was left of my mullet but since I was game for a big chop, we did that. Well, SHE did that ... I just sat there. She did an awesome cut on my nasty, burned hair. It was nice and blunt (what I asked for) and it felt so healthy afterwards. I didn't miss my longer pieces because the cut was so cute. I booked an appointment to get a braidless sew-in done($300), and was unable to get in contact with him via email, phone or IG. Okay, listen. I don't normally write reviews, but Christine really killed it the last time I saw her (and every time before that). She is so wonderful that I followed her from her last salon -- and that's saying something given that I usually only cut my hair once a year and now I actually look forward to my haircuts with her. The last time I saw Christine, I came in with pictures ready to show her, but they weren't even necessary. I told her a few things that I was thinking about but pretty much let her have free reign, and when I say I have NEVER been happier with my hair in my entire life, I mean it. I could have cried. So in love with my hair! Eric answered the phone and was so nice and accommodating he was able to get me in last minute before a trip. Caroline was so patient with my indecisiveness. She answered all the questions I had and took her time to achieve the style and color I wanted. My hair is VERY long and thick so coloring and styling is very time consuming. I had an ashy blonde balayage done on my dark hair and she was able to achieve the color in one sitting with no brassiness. It's been 3 months now and the color still looks great unlike the orange brassy color it usually turns to from past colorings at other salons after some time. So I'm moving to Orlando in a few weeks and wanted to check out a new salon just to see if I could find a regular place. I called on a Saturday and got an appointment same day. When I arrived, it reminded me of the cool, hip places I used to go to in LA (which is a total compliment). Everyone was wearing a mask and could tell was keeping everything extra clean and hygienic. My appointment was with Lauren, and she did a great job. I was looking for a more polished haircut but still young and something that wouldn't be out of place outside a professional setting. Lauren was more than able to address my concerns and gave me a great cut. She kept as much of my length as possible, but made gave it more shape and volume. She was super friendly throughout the whole process and encouraging. The products they use there smell amazing and the prices are super reasonable.
