Not sure how I always manage to get the new employee but it sure makes for a frustrating experience when you have to ask for the nail file to attempt to straighten a seriously crooked nail. Top that with the individual unknowingly filing across your skin.... In a chair that barely moves. An extremely unpleasant 75 min experience. The individual definitely needs more training. I decided to give this salon a try because it was very close to my job. However, the application of the SNS powder was a little thick for my liking and the shapes of my nails were not consistent. The next day I ended up going back to my regular place to have the nails removed and replaced. BUT Everyone in the salon is very nice and friendly and the establishment is very clean and organized and they have a large selection of colors. And they are accommodating when it comes to your time etc. So maybe, I will consider this place for other services like pedicures etc. read more

i came here because the beautiful nails i just spent $100 on two days ago were too long and i couldn't type at work. on my lunch break i popped into the closest salon to my work for a simple cut down and reshape and i left with every single nail on my hands different sizes... my nails are ruined because of this and i will have to pay a lot more money to get them fixed... the lady didn't take the time to listen to what i was asking of her and clipped a nail before i was even finished talking and it was WAY too short. she then began using different tools on different fingers with no rhyme or reason. very odd. she knew i was unhappy and still charged me for ruining my nails and was obviously talking about me out loud in another language. if you HAVE TO go here make sure you get a thorough consultation before putting your hands in theirs. read more

This salon has ZERO respect for time. My husband and I came here and asked for a pedicure **TOGETHER**, so that we would not have to wait on one another for finishing early as we had somewhere to be. So I asked the woman 3 times if it will be done TOGETHER and she said no problem and sat us down. My husband was worked on right away. I soaked my feet for 19 mins before my feet turned prune and I had to get them out the water. Someone finally came over to me 20 mins later and I refused the pedicure. My husband was practically finished with his and she said "I can do a quick one for you and you'll get done at the same time as your husband" Um no thank you I don't want to pay for a RUSHED pedicure. Do not waste your time or your money. I got the worst pedicure I have ever had along with the most expensive fill in. My nails have a gel clear coat on top that looks like it was sprayed with oil before it even set (she only left them under the light for 15 seconds each before spraying them) I was appalled by the $18 charge for this gel top coat ... every other place I've ever been to includes this. I have had acrylic nails for 15 years and gel top coat since the stuff first hit the market. I'm not sure if the new management has anything to do with the current staff. The nail technician working beside me would not stop chatting to her customer about how another customer never tips her. Well if I was her client and heard about money the entire time while I got a bad manicure I wouldn't tip her either. read more

I had an odd experience here, but they are still pretty new, so I won't rule out coming back in another 6 months to see how their service has come along. Price was pretty reasonable, would be $60 for basic gel manicure and spa pedicure, including 10 minute extra massage for pedicure. For me, the issues were more about the actual service provided. First I asked for warmer water than the lukewarm h2o that was in the pedicure bowl, and someone brought out a tea kettle of slightly warmer water, saying that they had no gas for hot water from the pedicure faucets. Weird. Then the "massage," if it can be called that, included in the spa pedicure was so short and disappointing, if that's your thing you're almost sure to need to fork over the $10 for the additional 10 minutes. Moreover, the extra 10 minutes that I paid for, although tracked with a timer, were pretty crappy and I had to request that she use extra lotion because she was pulling painfully on my skin over and over. Nail bed cleaning was ok for the pedicure, but maybe a little aggressive for someone with more sensitive feetsies. Then the gel manicure. Hm. First my already clean nails were buffed pretty aggressively for quite a while, and they really only need to be roughed up a LITTLE for the gel to adhere. When I noticed she was finishing up and had still not trimmed my cuticles, I asked if we would do that first, and she literally said "oh they'll be fine, we'll trim any leftover after the polish, whatever didn't come off from buffing." So that's the plan, just buff my cuticles off with sandpaper? Didn't feel good, and definitely not a sanitary way to remove cuticles and prevent infection. Sure enough, the gel was stuck to the cuticle on several fingers, and the manicure started lifting after a couple of days. And my cuticles were torn up, red, and sore. 2 stars only for the $15 discount for a new customer special and the fact the the young man at the front desk was super sweet, offered me bottled water, and apologized profusely for the weird water situation. read more

This is my go to nail salon. I try to tell everyone that asks just how wonderful this place is! Cici is the owner there are after two visits they will treat you like family. Lori is one of my favorites, they all do an amazing job! It is clean, customer service driven and convenient. They have a good business and they are usually busy. They do take appointments and I have personally never waited more then 5 minutes. I have tried SNS and gel and my nails come out perfect every time. The pedicures are amazing. SO THANKFUL FOR TOES BY TIMMY! Okay, it is Thanksgiving morning and I am still in bed... obsessing over my feet. I recently returned to Lush for my pedicure after a long absence. I was only absent because my husband likes to go along but he is always so S-L-O-W and constantly getting hi-jacked by meetings and such. So we finally made it just in time for the holidays. Prior to discovering Lush, I had visited several salons and the problem that I always encountered was either not feeling completely comfortable, (those creepy nonconsensual shoulder rubs), not being totally happy with my results which tend to fade as soon as I leave the shop, and most importantly a lack of consistency! I don't even expect extra, I simply expect the same quality service to which I have become accustomed. With this particular salon, I decided to mitigate any possible problem with my services by sticking with the same technician. Now, don't get it twisted! I have never had a bad service at this salon but I liked to watch Tim work and I had taken a photo of him during my first visit. On a subsequent visit with my daughter, he was available and I hopped in his chair. From that point on, it was on and popping because he is my technician of choice. It's one thing to have pretty toes, but it is quite another thing to have nice smooth feet. Every single day that I lotion my feet or crawl into bed, I am cognizant of this awesome pedicure which makes my feet feel like those of a new born babe. Yes Honey!! If you want to really test the quality of your pedicure, crawl into the bed on those flannel sheets and they will tell you the truth. If you are snagging on the sheets, it is time to make a change. My feet were like warm butter on hot pancakes when I hit my bed and when I changed to my cotton sheets with a little Thanksgiving color, things got even better. So, on this day of being thankful, I am especially thankful for Lush, Tim, and my awesome holiday feet! This place is just horrible and disgusting. I went in for a full set and pedicure. The technicians were so rude and disrespectful. My nails look ridiculous as if a 7 year old did them. I kept telling the nail tech that I wasn't happy with them and she just ignored. The shape and polish was messy and uneven. Even after my dissatisfaction, I tipped generously and she was ungrateful. On top of all of that, they close at 7:30pm but told a customer they closed at 6:30pm because they were too lazy to work but the customer was lucky not to get serviced by them. I'm just highly upset and disappointed and wasted my time and money. I will never, ever recommend this place. Not even to my worst enemy. I went to get a manicure on my lunch break, which means I only had 40 minutes tops to be in and out the door. Lynn did my nails and I got blue SNS done (which I recommend). She was so friendly, spoke English well and she did a great job even as a rush job and I was back at work on time. CiCi is the manager and she was super friendly and funny. She even helped Lynn in the end by taking on one of my free hands just to save me time. The salon was clean and properly stocked with everyone saying hello to me as I walked in and thanking me as I left. Came here on Monday 10\18/2021 to get a pedicure and full set w gel polish .. the first introduction was welcoming but once I sat down to get my pedicure I realized how poorly they were treating a staff member .. she is clearly under training but something seemed off .. overall my nails looked great and pedicure was beautifully done .. Two days later I'm back to get one nail fixed .. during that I wanted to add a design on one finger .. The one doing my nails was clearly rushing and kept rushing me to make a decision ( mind you I hadn't even taken long.. maybe a couple minutes ) I then realized how she began to rush me even more so I told her never mind and she proceeds to tell me " yea cuz you not ready " I say this to say .. For the amount of money spent on my first visit then to come back for a second day and still get the same treatment is disappointing .. I was never rude or nasty only understanding up until the point of an attitude with them . I don't recommend this place at all . The nail techs here were super friendly and welcoming, which I absolutely loved. However I got a deluxe pedicure and I wasn't very impressed with the massage or details. It hasn't even been two weeks and my toes have already chipped. I got acrylics with gel and my nail polish is coming off around the corners and one broke very easily. For the price I paid and the quality I received I won't be back and it's a shame because they really are very nice. read more

Serene and clean. They do good work, however, their SNS is not up to par. First time, tech didn't even buff or shape. Second time, barely buffed and shaped. They could use education on the technique and process. Older lady scraped my gel off AGAINST the grain of my nails. Had to literally stop her and tell her to do it differently. Not sure where they found her. Again, training and education is lacking. A glass of wine can't make up for that. read more
