Hit or miss type of place. Went in today and workers were sitting on the pedicure chairs all relaxed watching TV on their phones. I asked for a pedi and this young girl opened a little metal box and started working on my feet. I didn't see any tools being sanitized. I was working and sending emails, so i wasn't paying attention. I took a closer look at my nails when i got home and was pissed. She did a horrible job cutting my nails. All the toenails were cut in angle. She didn't cut or file the sides of the big toenails or any of the toe nails. All have sharp edges and none have been softly rounded. Then she put one coat of nailpolish and top coat and was done. Apparently her phone and relaxing on the chair was more important. Never going back. read more

1st time back since the pandemic and I saw new faces. I received the pedicure and an acrylic full set. Everyone was friendly and offered me beverages very often. My pedicure was nice as always, however my acrylic set was not the best. No cuticle work was done. The tech cut my thumb to which there is a black scar. Even with the lack of care, the set looked great immediately leaving the salon. By day 2 the nails lost their shine and I had to find a clear coat to apply to it as I was out of town for an engagement party. The nails also began to loose their shape ( I know strange) they went from a crisp coffin nail to a more rounded shape. By day 5 my acrylic nail was lifting and had completely popped off like a press on nail by day 7. Mind you I'm on vacation and have had to do no manual labor with my hands beyond washing them consistently. All that to say...I would highly recommend this salon for pedicures and manicures as that is what I consistently received every 2 week prior to the pandemic. However I do not recommend for acrylic sets. read more

Unfortunately, this spa was hugely disappointing again. We tried it 2 years ago or so and were disappointed, but we tried it again last Friday, Sept. 8, 2023, and were again disappointed. The "end result" is ok (definitely not great), but the service and attitude are lacking greatly. They check the box on completing the service, but the focus on the customer and the process is non-existent. During a pedicure, the technician went to work on other customers three times. We paid for the deluxe treatment, but due to constant interruptions, it never felt complete. What should have been a relaxing treatment ended up feeling like they just wanted to complete the task and they never had any focus on our experience. Similarly, the manicure was start/stop and never felt complete. The focus is to get as many customers in and out to make money, with no comprehension or consideration given to the customer experience. Never again. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Hugely disappointing. read more

I got a set of gel x done by Hailey I believe and it was very mediocre. It looks nice and she was very kind but the retention hasn't been great. It's been only a week and my nails are all lifting and catching on to my hair already. I also booked an appointment for 10am but they didn't actually open until 10:10. Amazing service and work!!!! I moved here 18 months ago and had been hopping around to a few Nail Salons. I found one I liked but the last two times they had lost most of their staff and the wait time was insane. I finally decided to find a new salon. I checked yelp and saw that this salon was new and had some great reviews and decided to stop in. It's new! Opened about 5 months ago. It's gorgeous! It's clean! The nail techs were amazing! First off, they have an extra 20% off all services over $30.00. That's a win win! The chairs were amazing! The hot stone massage was heavenly! Michelle did an amazing job on my nails! I forgot to get the guys name who did my pedicure but he was wonderful! The best part was Lily came around and massaged my neck for about 15 mins! I literally almost fell asleep. An Extra long massage, hot stones, and paraffin wax dip are all extras. If you want to splurge, the massage is the way to go. Make sure you are VERY CLEAR with what type of pedi/ extras you don't want. They can be pushy with upselling attempts. Tip well and they will remember you. These women do an amazing job. This nail salon is just opening under the direction of Lily who has worked at a few other nails spas in Alpharetta. The shop is great - very nice and spacious with top of the line pedicure chairs and equipment. The pedicure is great - the hot stones and massages are very relaxing and everyone takes their time providing the service. The lotions and products are very nice. This salon also does very good Dip manicures, which can be hard to find. There are some discounts running for the grand openeing - definitely worth checking out! read more

I've only ever written 5-star reviews praising things, so this is a first for me. But there's a reason for it. This nail salon is just not up to par. Who puts on customers' shoes without even asking? But the real problem came next. Even with the owner present, there was no apology, and the employee who put on my shoes without permission only begrudgingly wiped them down when I looked upset. They didn't even offer to discount the service, and despite my discomfort, I paid the full amount. I wanted to speak to the owner over the phone when I got back home, but she kept avoiding me, citing a lack of English proficiency, and only communicated through a manager. Couldn't she have at least said sorry, even if they couldn't speak English well? They've supposedly been in business for a while in that location, so I can't understand or trust the owner's behavior. I complained persistently, saying it wasn't fair to pay the full amount, and they initially offered a 50% refund via text, but ended up charging the full $120 anyway. I wouldn't have even written this review if they had just refunded me promptly, but it's been two months and the issue still hasn't been resolved. They earned this. I'm not someone who struggles for $120, and I only want it back because I refuse to let them profit from such poor service and attitude. If you're thinking of going to this business run by such ignorant and rude owners who don't know how to treat customers, think twice before you go. read more

COVID UPDATE: Haven't been back since the pandemic began, I wasn't hesitant but they made me feel so at ease! Bring a mask, if you don't have one they provide one for you in new packaging. Upon entering they have you sanitize. Everyone is wearing a mask and/or face shield. I watched as the person who was finishing up when she arrived left and they sanitized where she was sitting and the tables & small chair around her. Needless to say, they are very cautious about remaining clean and make you feel at ease! See my pre-covid review below: Love this place! I recommend Denise she's very professional, detailed, and fun! They asked me if I wanted to get some deluxe pedicure, I said no thanks, the basic is OK. They started doing a fancy pedicure with hot stones, so I said something. They then proceeded to charge me for this service anyways. They massaged me when I didn't ask to be and did not stop when I said no thank you. I paid full price because I was uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. Then they accidentally "undercharged" me and requested I pay $10 more. I did just so I could leave. I will not be returning. Awful customer service. Also, they keep texting me promos, to which I reply "STOP" to end the messages, but the messages still get sent to me quite frequently. read more

I waited 30 minutes to start my pedicure because the lady who was going to work on my feet was still busy massaging her other client. No biggie. I patiently waited. But when she finally came to do my DELUXE pedicure, she finished it in like 20 minutes.... Ridiculous because when I came in I waited 30 minutes for her to finish the woman she was working on. Who knows how long she was there before I came in.. Which meant I got less time than her (and I got the deluxe which was supposed to have longer massage time) also another woman who left at the same time that I did even though she was getting her feet done already while I was still waiting.. they see someone that looks young and rush you. Fantastic pedicure! Was one of the best I've had in a long time. I got the Deluxe pedicure and was very pleased with the time they spent and the treatment given. Super relaxing, very thorough, and the foot massage was probably the best I've ever had, too, ... and my feet are sensitive!
