After repair, didn't get an invoice for a week, had to request it. Then it was dated to be paid same day I got it. Well...the owner called and apologized and is going to refund the entire cost. They got caught up in the extreme heat crisis. Think they deserve another chance as other reviews are positive and the refund shows a genuine concern for customers.

He had told me it was the loudest breaking down motor he had ever heard in his life. He was able to get the part easily and then install it this morning very easily as well. He did his thing, we had a chat, seemed like a nice guy, said he couldn't give me a quote immediately as his laptop was dead. Fair enough. Told me to expect it either over the weekend or on the Monday. No quote was forthcoming. I followed up 3 times over the next few weeks to try and get the quote. Finally, to give one last opportunity before I wrote a review, I called 2 weeks ago and was told the technician would call me back that day. Not surprisingly I heard nothing. I can only assume that the tech is assuming this job isn't worth his time as he'll make more elsewhere. Really wanted it to work out with these guys. I know a couple of guys who know the owner/manager and they have alot of good things to say about him. Unfortunately I can't even get a quote.

Started calling places but no one could come out for several days. Quality Comfort said they could be here in 2 hours and they were! Turned out to be a frozen condensate line (you'll remember it was 19 degrees last Christmas morning). I reached out to my warranty company on a Sunday and I did not expect to hear back from the business until the next day since it wasn't a regular business day. But I was contacted by Janelle later that evening to schedule an appointment at a time that worked for me. Jeff came to my house the next morning during the time frame that I was provided. He texted me with an ETA when he was on his way. He introduced himself when he came inside and put on shoe covers. He did not have a mask on but told me that he would wear one if I had one after I asked him about it. Jeff was professional, personable and kind. He explained what he did and planned to do. The repair was quick even with him having to go to the store to get a part. He also showed me the old part that he replaced. Jeff did not have any receipts on hand to give to me but he did email me a copy later. I have not had an issue since it was repaired. I would recommend them for your HVAC repairs.
