ZERO OUT OF FIVE STARS! I am writing this review on behalf of my moms experience. She recently visited this hair salon out for the first time ever hoping for the best. Turns out she ended up meeting the most unprofessional and rude "hairstylist" ever if she could even call herself that? Her name is Adriana. I'm going to get straight to the point, my mother wanted a simple touch up to her previous highlights that she already had on her hair as well as a haircut, just a simple touch up! My mother showed her an inspiration picture, hairstylist immediately agreed and said of course! That she was able to do it, which I could see how that was the first red flag already because she didn't even ask more in depth/detailed questions about my mothers past work she's done on her hair and maybe talk about other alternatives that she CAN do on her hair because clearly she was unable to give my mother a simple touch up on her hair. The hairstylist proceeded to ask for a $50 deposit and gave her the total it would be for everything before she did any services for her. They make an appointment and everything is set. The day of the appointment comes and my mother already senses bad vibes from this lady sensing that she was in it more for the money than actually perfecting her work and loving her job! She then proceeds to demand my mom for the total already before she was even done with her hair! My mom is a very,quiet, sweet, shy, but kind person and she just trusted her and paid her the amount that was asked for which ended up being more than the actual price they were already set on. She then proceeds to tell my mom that she is unable to finish the work on my moms hair because the store is closing soon!! That is bizarre and so unprofessional! She practically yelled and my mom and told her to get out of her salon and that she never wanted to see her back at her salon ever again! This is unacceptable and people need to be aware of the type of person who works at this salon. She is absolutely money hungry and got frustrated with herself because of her unprofessionalism! At the end she sent my mom home without finishing the work on her hair, didn't even cut her hair just bleached it, dyed it, and left her hair wet and sent her home! I am angry that she basically took advantage of my mother because she was also scared, that's to show how aggressive and rude Adriana was to my mom that even after paying the amount needed my mom actually left! If I were her I would have stayed there until my hair was done and got my moneys worth! But again, Adriana quite literally kicked her out and escalated the situation due to her unprofessionalism. I will rate this place zero out five please don't go to this place my hair was chopped and my hair color was damaged and drastically changed from blonde to black and when I came home and washed my hair the dye went on the towel. My hair were shortened so much. Because she didn't want to waste the hair dye which was not even the right colour so she decided to chop off my hair. Not only that I requested to just have front layering and root touch ups but she didn't listen and did what she thought she was going to do fron the way she was cutting my hair seemed that she was so jealous of my hair that it was her goal to chop them off I would never go back to this place and do yourself a favour do the same. She did a horrible job. I went in for a touch up on my highlights. They were beautifully done at Society salon but I unfortunately couldn't afford their outrageous prices at the time so I gave this place a shot based on reviews and their IG. I only needed a touch up on the regrowth. Somehow I came out of there with red tones and uneven highlights and lines of demarcation. Some strands were chunky, others smaller. $350 just to get botched. I should have demanded a refund but I didn't really see how bad it was until I put on my glasses at home and looked at every mistake on the mirror in better lighting. read more

I found this salon while visiting a restaurant nearby a few months ago. My 7-year old daughter needed a haircut so we stopped by. My daughter is very particular about her hair and super tender headed. She has a lot of hair but is very fine and straight, and tangles like crazy. I usually take her to kid's salons that have fun chairs, iPads, and candy but Adriana was the only stylist that was able to wash and cut my daughter's hair without making her upset. She gave my daughter a really beautiful layered haircut that is growing out amazingly today. After seeing how great my daughter's haircut was, I decided to also get my hair cut by her yesterday. I am super picky about who touches my hair because I have very thick Asian hair that is wavy in some parts and straight in others. It is also very thick and long, and I have two cowlicks. I went to a very expensive Japanese salon last year and the most popular stylist there ruined my hair and I have been too scared to go anywhere since. But it was starting to get really damaged so I went to visit Adriana. Her website makes it easy to make an appointment online which is very important to me. It also lists all the prices! Adriana listened to me ramble on and on about what I like and don't like, and gave me great suggestions while also listening to my needs. She took her time giving me a great shampoo and cut. I asked for face framing layers, to remove the weight and dead ends, to add medium to long layers throughout, a V-shaped cut, textured ends, and to refresh my curtain bangs. I also told her I dislike styling my hair because I'm a wash and go kind of person. So she did just that to show me what it would look like air dried and it came out looking amazing. She genuinely seemed excited about cutting my hair, which I've never experienced before. Most stylists touch my hair and complain about how thick it is and how much time it would take and just give me a quick cut that only looks good styled. Adriana was the complete opposite. She stopped often to show me what she was doing and asked me for any requests or changes. She wanted me to leave 100% happy, and I did! This is probably one of the best hair cuts I've ever received. She made it easy to communicate my needs and didn't make me feel like a nuisance even though I was extremely picky. I'll definitely come back! read more

I went to Adriana for my hair before she opened the salon and I'm so happy she has her own place. She is so easy to talk to and adapts to what you want for your hair. She helped me lighten and go super purple but also tames my eyebrows. The website and scheduling system is super user friendly and the location is great. I had a great experience coming to this hair salon! I loved my haircut, Adriana cut it exactly as I wanted it. I showed her an inspiration picture and she executed this perfectly! Will definitely be coming back. She also provides eyebrow waxing services, and she did a really good job on this too, I've had bad experiences before.
