I hadn't cleaned my travel trailer in almost 3 years and they made it look brand new. They did a full wash and wax as well as replaced all the rotten weather stripping and sealed some areas on the roof. Not many companies that do full trailer detailing so they want able to get other prices but the pricing seemed reasonable for the amount of work done. I did have an issue with some it the weather stripping splitting on my first strip and they came back out and replaced it all with a better brand. Great customer service. read more

Adrian ripped me off by not machine wax and buffing the roof. He only did the sides. He didn't think I would notice the roof was only washed and no machine wax and buff like we agreed. I called him out the very next morning once I saw he did not do the roof. He is a liar and a thief. I paid him the agreed price and has not returned to finish the job. I have used Adrian's before and the result was good. The last 2 times I tried to use them they were a "no show". I was having them come to my residence and there was no call back or anything telling us they were not coming. Their work was good BUT now the dependability not good. I happened to drive by one of Adrian's trucks while stuck in traffic and gave him a call. The quote I received for a full detail was so much better than the initial quotes I had received elsewhere. Other than some miscommunication on start time, the crew showed up and got to work quickly. Another truck came with two more people to help on the RV, as I had asked about removing the old peeling decals from the front cab of the RV, which added two hours to the job. The crew was professional and worked quickly. They really turned our second hand RV into a completely different rig. My Niece and her husband had Adrian's Detailing detail their 36 foot Toy Hauler last year at Bonelli Bluffs on Easter. They worked for hours washing, waxing and buffing the trailer, and then came back the next day to buff the entire trailer again because they weren't happy with the final results due to excessive oxidation. I was so impressed that I had them detail my 2007 29 foot travel trailer this year on Easter. Once again, they did a fantastic job! They even touched up the paint on my steps and rear bumper! I had seen these guys working on an RV in the Fairplex RV storage lot where I store my boat. I had to drive in and out several times that day but every time I passed by, they were hard at work. I asked them for a business card and when I decided to have my wife's Infiniti detailed for her birthday, When they were on their way I added my 1967 Oldsmobile convertible to the order. They arrived and worked from around 10:00 am until almost 6:00 pm and the outcome was spectacular. The Infiniti paint , trim and interior look better than new. The light lenses were restored and you could eat off the engine. As far as the Oldsmobile, all of the chrome trim I was resigned to replace was reborn. The paint, convertible top and engine department looked new, not easy with a 53 year old car. I have had the Oldsmobile detailed at a detail shop prior to car shows when we lived in Redlands. This time the price was lower, the convenience of mobile detailing was appreciated, and the results were in another league all together!! These guys are legit! I had been having a hard time finding reliable detailer for my 5th wheel toy hauler truck.

I am very disappointed with Adrian's detailing specialist out of Pomona. I had them Wash Wax and remove the decals off my fifth wheel and by the time they finished it was dark and I really could not see the final product. Once I could see it in the daylight I noticed that one side of the RV came out ok after I had them go over it for a second time. I called to let them know my concerns and they assured me that they would come out and fix whatever needed to be redone. 5 months later still no response. They charged me $1,200 to do a 29 foot fifth wheel which was in good condition. The decals were not cracked in any way and came off relatively easy. Now we are in May and they are not returning my text or phone calls. I was hoping they would keep to their word and come out and take care of the issues on my fifth wheel. After all I did pay them good money and they were on site for the day. As of this moment I would not recommend using this company not only of their poor workmanship but also poor response. I had my RV exterior detailed. Roof refinished, and caulked. It's a 14 year old RV and had become quite dull with a lot of black streaks. Adrian's Detailing Specialists guys got to work right away, and despite the 90 plus temperatures did not stop for hours. They did a great job on site whole I was camping. I would use this vendor again. I would have given these guys 5 stars except for fact that they don't accept credit cards. The only drawback for me was that they only accept cash, check, or via the Venmo app. I eventually had to get the app to make payment. read more

Wow! Not only do theses guys work incredibly hard, that work pays off amazingly for the customer! Our 2008 motorhome looked pretty bad with significant sun damaged and peeling decals. The guys from Adrian's did an amazing job bringing the shine back to our home for a very fair price! Set an appointment with Adrian's to get my fifth wheel trailer washed and waxed. I had quite a few scratches on the side due to a close encounter with a very thorny tree, and some oxidation. When I picked up my rv it looked like new. Scratches were gone and it had a showroom finish. Attention to detail is what you want with a detailing, and that is what I got from Adrian's team.
