Arabella was our waitress. From the size of the drinks to the tasty bread everything at this Genuine Italian restaurant makes Olive Garden look like A cheap fast food place. The Chicken Alfredo and the Shrimp Alfredo taste great. Large portions and quick service. The pasta sampler was especially succulent. The whole establishment from that to the outside dining area and the play area for the kids is an excellent layout. It was a lovely experience. The hostess was so nice. However our waiter barely checked on us as a party of 8 and the tip was automatically included at 20% which he didn't deserve. (The receipt name says Selim S) . We went on a Friday around 4ish. Im pregnant and have to have small portions so I asked for a kids chicken Alfredo and the guy rudely said I couldn't do that. It was for kids 12 and under. I then said if there was an up charge to get it as an adult it would be fine (some restaurants do that) and he said no, you can take your leftovers from the regular menu item to go. Little did he know we were visiting and were staying at a hotel for the weekend. Then my son ordered a chicken Alfredo and the waiter asked him how old he was (he's a tall 12 year old). Im surprised he didn't ask me for his birth certificate because he didn't seem convinced. Then we get our food and the chicken Alfredo was basically soup. I like a saucy pasta but this was DRENCHED in some generic Alfredo sauce. I had to scoop my noodles out of the sauce and let some of it drain. Our friends said their chicken piccata was also not great. The only thing I liked was the Caesar salad. I got the raspberry sweet tea and it was disgusting! We finally went and tried Adriatic Cafe after church this past Sunday. They were packed as we have seen since they opened a couple of weeks ago. Was told 30 to 35 minute wait. So we waited! As we waited I could see a couple of tables for only two people were empty and available, but never got called. Finally a couple from the bar area took one of the booths. Then finally we got called to the other. Luckily it wasn't a 30 minute wait! Colin our waiter greeted us and ask for our drink order. We told him it was our first time here. He welcome us and took our 2 Coke Zero drink order. Came back after a few minutes with our drinks and a basket of fresh hot bread! The bread was to die for! He gave us a couple of minutes to look over the menu. My wife Bonnie ordered the Egg plant parmigiana with a side of sautéed spinach. I order the Shrimp Diavolo. After a few minutes Colin came back to tell Bonnie she gets a side salad with her meal. So she has a balsamic vinaigrette dressing for it. After a few minutes Colin brings her the side salad which was on a Amal flat plate with 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber and a small plastic cup of the vinaigrette. The dressing was dark brown and thick. She added some Parmesan cheese to her salad to give it more flavor she said. She didn't care for the vinaigrette! Well we waited and waited for our food. After seeing other tables getting their food. We caught Colin and asked him where is our food? He told us because they were so busy they were a little backed up! So we waited a little longer until we saw a couple of tables get their food and they came in after us. So the floor Manager noticed we hadn't been served yet so he said he would check on it! Well a few more minutes went by and no manager and no food. I finally caught the manager and asked again where was our food! Finally he returned with our food and apologized for the delay. My dinner was hot only because the Spicy Sauce was hot on the pasta and shrimp. Some shrimp were medium warm and some were cold! Bonnie's Egg Plant Parmigiana was lukewarm with way to much breading on it along with way to much parmigiana! The Sautéed Spinach was the only hot item on her plate! By then we were both so very hungry we just eat and told each other it would be a while before we would come back! The manager stop by again and offered a free desert for our inconvenience. But we told him no thank you! To end this no do good experience it started pouring rain outside with thunder and lightning! After we paid on the way out the manager gave Bonnie a $20 dollar gift card for our not so good experience. It maybe a great place once the get the kinks worked out! But for us we will wait a little while and won't come back in a Friday, Saturday or Sunday again! May try during a week day but not for a while! zero stars, really. yall don't know how to put a wet floor sign up by the front entrance when it's been thunderstorming all day?? it was my moms 49th birthday today and we went here for dinner. she went out to the car to grab something and when she was coming back in she slipped and fell so hard onto her tailbone she was disoriented for a good 5-10 minutes after the fall. something even worse happened to her after the fall, but i don't want to say too much because we're gonna get it handled. DEFINITELY messed up her spine by that fall. it was workers all around her and only one tried helping her after she fell. me and my brother in law had to run from our table to help her up, it was almost like she didn't know where she was. what's worse is that while we were helping her back to our table, one of the tables next to us told us that she wasn't even the first to fall! this is so irritating and it was genuinely scary to watch. i'm very very unhappy. as for the food and the service, as if i even really care after what happened to my mom, they're not even fully stocked up on everything that's on the menu. they kept coming back to our table telling us they didn't have something we ordered 15 minutes prior. i understand they only opened up just recently, but this much grace cannot be given. maybe im being too harsh and maybe i'll give this place another shot in the future, but i don't have much faith tbh. read more

Great service, great food ! I was so pleased with the napkins on the table , beats asking my waiter constantly for napkins or those already dirty cloths . The salad is small and lacking , it could be done a different way . I ordered the chicken parmigiana sandwich, it was delicious and the cheese was perfect, just a simple sandwich done well . Ordered takeout on two different occasions. It was easy to order over the phone. There's 2 parking spaces on the side for pickup. Once inside the hostess are nice. First time had the shrimp tetrazzini second time shrimp Alfredo. Both times the food was flavorful and the sauce was seasoned well. They give you a nice portion and it is hot and fresh! My only real complaint was I received 5 (five) medium shrimp for such large pasta dishes. I wanted more. My husband enjoyed the chicken Alfredo with no complaints. read more

I had a to-go order, and Nathalee took our order. She did an amazing job! She was super sweet, helpful with recommendations, and kept checking on us to make sure we were doing okay while we waited. She also made conversation with us about the café and other places around the area, which made us feel so welcome. She is truly a perfect example of what a great employee should be. Heidi and Nathalee seemed like they were training a new employee, and I believe from first-hand experience that they did a great job training them. The trainee also did a great job picking up the skills from the girls. The day we ordered, it was raining, but they were so accommodating. We wanted to try the food right away, so we sat outside in the little porch area. It was super clean, especially considering it was raining. The ambiance was very calming, and the classic music definitely set a good mood for good conversation while we waited for our food and ate. The food was amazing, and so was the dessert we ordered. We will definitely be coming back soon, and hopefully we'll get to see the girls again so we can thank them for the amazing service. The food was also very delicious. For barely being open, they're definitely doing a great job and are absolutely keeping up with the other Adriatic Cafés. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area! read more

Wow-the restaurant was very crowded and VERY noisy. There were only two of us and we could barely hear each other. There were several other issues other than the noise. We're hoping it's just because they're new and they will work out the kinks. My husband ordered the shrimp scampi appetizer. It was very good. He ordered chicken marsala for dinner. The sauce was very watery and tasteless. I ordered the gluten-free chicken and vegetables. I asked for a size of pomodoro sauce. I know the waitress heard me ask for the sauce, because she said out loud how she'd charge me for it. It took almost an hour for our food to come out. At one point (perhaps we'd been waiting about 30 minutes or so) our waitress said she was going to check on it but never came back to tell us what was going on. Yes, we know it was busy, but we've been to busy restaurants and haven't waited that long to be served. At about the 45-minute point, I asked how it was looking, when she passed by. She said she was going to check and they were very busy. We got that! About 10 minutes later our food showed up; however, there was no pomodoro sauce. I asked about it and at first she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, but then acknowledged that I'd asked and said it would be right out. When it finally came out, I was more than 2/3 finished eating, so I turned it down (though I keep thinking I should have kept it and tasted it to know how good it was). My chicken and vegetables were okay. Both my husband and I thought the chicken was overcooked. I gave them a three, though I'm not sure the evening deserved that because they're new and I want them to succeed. Liked the napkins on the table and the rolls and my husband's appetizer were good. (My chicken wasn't bad, just over cooked. As mentioned, the marsala sauce was the consistency of water and had not much flavor.) When the check came the charge for the pomodoro sauce was still on there and we had to ask for it to be removed. After we paid, we were offered a free dessert. By that time, it was late and neither of us wanted to wait for dessert; though, I gave her credit for asking. That was the right thing to do (another reason I'm giving 3-stars). read more
