Me and my family are new to the neighborhood. We decided to order pizza from pizza hut in the Brazos Town Crossing center. The process from ordering online, timing and delivery was good but when we open our boxes we were shocked. Our pizza was not a perfect pie shape, slices were different lengths and shapes. I believe our pizza was reheated and not made fresh. I rarely have pizza delivered and when I do this happens! Me and my family was too hungry to send the pizza back(we been moving boxes all day). On Thursday, December 23, 2021, at about 6:50 pm, I placed online order for delivery via the store located at 23507 Brazos Crossing, Rosenberg, Texas 77471. Due to the holidays, I was not surprised to see that the estimated delivery time was 90-100 minutes. After not receiving my pizza, I called the store at 8:40 pm (110 minutes). I was informed by the employee that our pizza was out for delivery, and if I did not receive it in the next 10 minutes to call back. At 8:50 pm, I called the store again. A different employee who answered collected my information and said, we do not have an order for you. I said, excuse me, cause you already debited my account; you might want to check again. I then offered him my phone number and order number; I was abruptly placed on hold. Ten minutes later, the employee returned and said, sorry, we did not make your order. I again said excuss me! The last employee I spoke with said it was out for delivery (which matched the website tracker). I was placed on hold yet again. I got dressed and started driving to the store, 10 minutes away. As I pulled into the shopping center, the employee finally returned after a total hold time of 20 minutes. The employee said, the manager agreed to give you $10 off, and we are making your pizza now. I was then told there had been a problem with the delivery that my pizza had been destroyed(third excuse). I told him they could stop ill be there in several seconds. As I walked in, I saw two people in the lobby, one at the counter trying to get his order and a woman waiting at the tables. It was now 9:15 pm (145 minutes). I stayed in line and heard the man in front of me complaining about his order. I was then greeted by a man asking my name for the order. I asked to speak to the manager. He advised he was the manager; I calmly explained the issue with my order but emphasized my displeasure. At first, he smirked, and the look on my face must have shown I was not amused, but he said they were way behind and started asking others about my order. He said we are making it right now and explained the delivery issue the previous employee tried to tell me. I told him to stop; I noted it's now almost 9:30 (150 minutes) since my order. I added I wanted a voided order receipt to dispute the charge. He was flustered and got another employee who immediately started calling someone on the phone. As I stepped away from the counter, the female at the tables got my attention and advised me she was dealing with the same thing, but she had 6 out of town guests at home and had to wait. After another minute, a different employee came to the register and asked me to sign a form. When I looked at the form, I immediately noticed the dollar amount was incorrect for what I was charged. I showed the employee my bank account withdrawal, and he provided the correct refund. As I walked out of the store, the manager said, "Hey, big dog" I turned, " that pizza is coming out; you want it." I told him, you can keep it. There was laughter from a couple of employees. This experience is nothing less than disgusting!!! Instead of my family enjoying the meal we ordered at 6:51, we had to settle for fast food at 9:50, which we got in less than 15 MINUTES!
