Used to catch pick up from here often and over the last few years there have only been very minor mishaps. Last time the quality was certainly below standards, but tonight was even worse. Granted, two of the pizzas had been done correctly, the third was not as expected. Light sauce was on the receipt because it was ordered online and I verified the receipt after the box was open. The sauce appear to be double instead of light. Not sure how they managed to get the cheese and toppings to slide onto the side of the box, but I should have checked before I left because that box was not shut all the way. The establishment does not have the healthiest of choices, but I have supported them on a regular basis for 10-12 years. It was always nice to be able to catch a quick meal and feel confident in the staff. The staff there has always been kind regardless if things moved quick, if things were running behind or the friendly check in when I arrive. Giving this a 3 star because they don't deliver to my area. Other than that the pizza is pretty decent. It's what you pay for. It's more of a grab your food and go. Overall, not disappointed. Attempted to order pizzas for nurses week. I tried to place the order online at this location on ave I and for some reason I could not opt to pay in the store. Attempted a split payment option bc company I work for and another major company are partnering to purchase the order of pizzas for a local nursing home in the community. Long story short I could not get the transaction done online. So I called the store to see if we could complete my purchase for carry out and pay in the store honoring the online deal of $7.99 or if I could get some type of medical discount for the purchase of the volume of pizzas with myself being a healthcare professional. The gentleman over the phone had no clue and asked a manager. The manager said no and refused to talk with me over the phone because she was busy. Thankfully I called the Dominoes on 1636 FM 2977 Rd in Rosenberg and received better customer service with solutions. The manager was so sweet he couldn't honor the online sale but he did discount 10% of the order to honor our nurses at Ft. Bend Healthcare for nurses week. 'm not even a customer but was nearly almost killed with my 4 year old in the backseat by one of their drivers. He was so busy trying to race the other dominos driver that he almost killed us. When pulled up beside him at a stop sign he was laughing. Went to the actual dominos to complain I got a manager who said he would talk to them. No sorry no nothing. Just went in and before I could even get out of my car the manager approached me and told me that next time I cannot park here because it was just driver parking. There were no signs and no other parking. He also told me that he didn't want my car to get hit because a driver would just go into that spot and hit it. Afterwards he went and laughed with his employees about being rude to a customer. Wow. 1. There weren't any signs 2. We eat here way too much. The pizza is always hot when it gets here and we order the boneless chicken wings every time. Now we are hooked on the bread pasta bowls. We have never had a problem with delivery taking too long, and only a couple of times had issue with something being forgotten and they always brought it back with a complementary something to make up for it. Note to customers - if you order online you can't send someone else to pick up your order because they have to see your credit card or so they showed me in the smallest print ever! I sent a friend to pick up my order because she lives close to the store and I live on a side of town they don't deliver it and they wouldn't let her pick up my order. So I had to drive all the way across town and pick up cold pizza. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience or offer to do anything about the cold pizza because they said it was stated somewhere online. What is the point of having the option to pay online if I have to go in with the card? I would have just waited to pay when I picked it up. They looked at me like I was stupid because I was upset. They were rude and unapologetic. Way to make the customer feel they are always right or appreciated. You will never have me as a return customer. And I'm the only one in my family who ever even suggest Domino's because no one else likes it. Well I no longer do either! And I will make sure to let all my friends and family know the same thing. Recently I ordered pizza online for delivery and since I was not home my younger sister went outside to get the pizza. The pizza was already paid for online but when the delivery man arrived to my home he still charged my sister. Additionally, he did not step out of the vehicle to deliver the pizza. He demanded for my sister to approach his red truck instead. My boyfriend and I had to go back to dominoes and ask for our money back since they had charged us twice for the pizza late at night. My boyfriend still had the courtesy to tip the driver not being aware of the situation since when confronted the man lied to him. It was really unprofessional for him to ask my sibling to walk to his vehicle instead of him stepping out and asking for more money knowing the pizza was paid for.
