This personal loan/ signature loan/ payday loan/ Title loan company is by far one of the worst companies I have ever received a loan from. I tried this company out over 7 years ago and recently applied for a new payday loan. I forgot why I never returned to this place on the past but I am now reminded. This place over charges on interest, and they definitely discriminate on their customers. They had the nerve to tell me I couldn't prove my income source due to my bank not being able to send an updated statement on my recent direct deposit from my job. I even tried to show them my direct deposit from a screenshot from my phone proving further my jobs already paid me for the day but it does not reflect on a bank statement that fast. I was denied a payday loan after that. they then tried to offer a signature loan which is even more in interest and gave me a false response after saying it was denied because I needed to show proof of full income. now I'm unable to log into my online account and review the denial information. Now all it shows is an error message saying PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The gag is when you call customer service they don't answer. People save your time and your money by finding an alternate option for your loan options !!!!' read more

Predatory lender. If you try to pay off your loans online, you will NEVER fully pay them off. I thought I paid off three loans in full using their website. Turns out, during the three day delay it takes them to process it, they still charge you interest! So once what you thought was your paid in full amount clears, there's still some interest there. So you can never pay it off online; only in person. I told them to permanently close my account. Wager they send me a sales offer. read more

Horrible place, went three days in a row to cash a single payroll check. First day I came too late for them to call the bank, the guy says to come the next day. Second day comes and it's Veteran's day so banks are closed. Third day and they say they've "can't verify" the check when they have the full paystub and I offered to provide the number of the person who wrote it. They said their "computer system" couldn't verify. It apparently talking to my payroll department couldn't verify better than their computer. Would give 0 stars if could. read more

One star is too many. This place is horrible. The employees are snotty and I witnessed another customer receiving attitude from these employees. I walked in Jan 16 at roughly 3:30 almost 4pm. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted which Is fine, but there was only one customer sitting on a chair and i see around 4 women just standing around having what looks like a neighborhood kickback. As Im standing there waiting to be told we'll be right with you. Well it doesnt happen, i walk up to a window a couple minutes after being ignored and the Im rudely interrupted told "im closed, she'll be right with you". The woman who helped me (I didnt get her name) but she wears glasses has frizzy hair and talks like she owns the place (had an engagement ring). She needs to be trained properly. No knowledge of customer service and very snotty and rude and no knowledge of tax check cashing. She asked me what number she could call to verify my check! What? I thought it said on the check (which it does) the unprofessional employee proceeds to call the incorrect number ignoring that on the check it is in capital bold letters (CALL THIS NUMBER TO VERIFY IT). Im surprised she didnt know this. She asks me to go sit down (rudely) and she stands there talking to other employees about her personal life (i can hear her) having no sense of urgency. 10 minutes later she then proceeds to take a copy of my drivers license and check, she has me sign it. Only to then tell me the check isnt found upon calling to verify it and she can not cash it. Didn't even let me speak she kept going on telling me no other place will cash it, since I signed it already.. And proceeds to tell me i can come back tomorrow but if she cant verify it then why come back the next day? She tells me not to contact the number on the check and tells me to get a new check issued. I walk out pretty upset since i was there for atleast an hour. I went to walmart and they cashed it the same day. This place is horrible. read more

This place is horrible. I called to pay off my loan in full to avoid further interest. The customer service representative I spoke to confirmed my last payment. However, I found out later on that my loan wasn't paid off and still collecting interest. I asked to speak with a supervisor but she was no help at all. Rapid cash on Flamingo and Jones needs to go bac​k to basic customer service training. I still cannot believe the horrid experience... I was very explicit in telling them that I wanted to pay off my loan in full, however, they did not process it and I had to continue to pay the interest! I highly advise to be careful when getting a loan at Rapid Cash. My loan is paid off now, however, I am still uneasy and at times feel that something may pop up. This is not a good feeling and I should not feel this way after dealing with a loan company but I do. I do not want anyone else to experience what I've experienced and continue to experience... Think twice and be careful if you decide to call Rapid Cash for their services. read more

I love this location the people are real friendly and I never have any problems the two times I came to borrow money and when it comes to the interest they don't really charge that much I wouldn't borrow money here again because I don't need to anymore but I recommend that if your in need of cash and fast and right now then come to this rapid cash location. read more

I had to put a barrier be on this people because they didn't even wear find out other stuff that I provided didn't call my employer they said they go based on Equifax which my credit score is in the 600s I made 6000 a month minimum down for five years I don't have bad credit and I still got a night and didn't give me the reason why I just feel that there were rules for the beginning didn't do anything for me just give me a paper and send me on my way read more

They sent me to a different location because they DIDN'T have the cash. And the place they sent me to had a limit of $99. Can you imagine? Pointless to even consider them. read more

This place has the best service of all rapid cash locations. The associates all work with you to make sure you understand the process completely and with a friendly attitude. No one wants to come in for a loan, but when you need it to, its as painless as possible. Licette (?) always does a great job for me and I appreciate her service. read more

Most horrible customer service ever !!! All the tellers were online shopping & just talking about ordering from Macy's. I had to sit there & hear their whole conversation about a dress before they continued to help me , as I watched the other teller text away on her phone after she began to help me , then paused to answer her important text messages ... I literally just stood there waiting for them to say something , but I had to wait to hear their entire conversation ... That I happen to get on video !!! I wish I could post videos on here. But me as a manager this is the most horrible customer service EVER !!!! So un professional. I'm disgusted & definitely WILL BE TAKING THIS TO corporate , especially if you're a company dealing with money ... Those things should not be happening behind the window. Pls be sure to watch the video ! I caught it during mid convo because I didn't think of yelping this & taking it to corporate until now.
