This was on the second or third day I had it. He eventually sent someone to work on it and Called and apologize to me after his mechanic said it was installed improperly. Of course, this was after I threatened to give him a bad review. Now 5 1/2 years later, the motor has a bad bearing. I was told by Brett that it couldn't be fixed that I needed a new motor. He did give me a discount price of $2400 as opposed to $3000. I then looked up on both Google and ChatGPT about how long an electric golf cart motor should last if it's been well kept and serviced regularly. Both Google and ChatGPT said a golf cart motor that is electric, should last 20 to 30 years as long as it's been well maintained which mine was. I think it's safe to assume that I had a bad lemon. I want nothing more to do with this company so I did not choose to purchase the new motor. I'm done. Don't do business with this company. They charge a fortune for all of their parts.
