That was the benchmark I was measuring against. Unlike, Scrubbles you hand an employee cash directly or hand them a coupon as was my case. The wash itself was fine. I parked to use the vacuums and that went fine. I didn't think the vacuums were particularly strong, but I wouldn't say that is much different than most car wash places. My car got an okay clean and there wasn't any issues I saw. The pricing seems pretty similar to Scrubbles, but nothing stood out as great or as really bad. This place is an okay car wash place offering the usual car wash services.

Their towels did nothing but smear the water so I left and now have a car with water spots all over it that I seemingly cannot get off. This has to be the worst car wash I have ever gotten. Pretty pissed that I will now have to find a means to remove all the water spots the car is covered in. Already hand washed it(the same day) and that did not remove the water spots.

This was my first visit--and now I have a problem, because I'm not going anywhere else. Walter was the lead on my car, and the guy is basically an artist disguised as a detailer. The level of attention he gave was borderline obsessive--in the best possible way. Every surface, every corner... flawless. And on top of that, he couldn't have been nicer. Professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in what he does. I'll be requesting him every time. They've got a ton of wash and detailing options depending on how deep down the rabbit hole you want to go, and the waiting area is actually a pleasant place to hang out while your car gets pampered. Is it cheap? No. But neither is driving around in something that looks like it's been through a sandstorm. You get what you pay for--and in this case, you get your car back looking better than you remember it. Highly recommend.

First off, there were several employees at the pay kiosk, which always makes me feel like I'm about to get an uncomfortable sales pitch, but these folks were nice, helpful, and didn't try to pressure me into anything. The car wash itself seemed to work well -- the wash was smooth and didn't leave any suds behind. The self-service area was in good shape. There are two vacuums for each car with no sharing between spots, which is nice. Both vacuums had strong suction, which I feel like is frustratingly rare at car washes these days. They also had detailing air pens and plenty of towels, although no chemical cleaners. I have rubber mats, and the sink had a strong sprayer and a clean basin. The wash cost felt a little pricey with the cheapest one being $16, but that seems to be a trend everywhere. All in all, this will be my go-to spot for now, I think.

I have been a loyal customer of this business for 8 years. I went in last week for the "works" a…read morefull inside and outside wash which is my usual service. When I got back in my car when they were finished, I immediately noticed scratches on the tint in my passenger window. The attendant noticed me go over to the window immediately and he confirmed it was scratched and got his manager. His manager was not helpful, he stated it was from grit in the window and raising it up and down, I said that might be the case but it wasn't like that when I got here and you were wiping the windows and that area down and likely also raised and lowered the window while wiping it to get the top edges. He told me they have cameras he would show me that would prove they didn't roll down the windows and that they couldn't have caused the scratches with their towels and cleaning. I said great, he then disappeared so either the footage showed something he didn't want me to see or he had no intention of following through on his offer to show it to me. I never saw him again, but longtime manager Greg came out and spoke to me, told me they couldn't have done it, etc. I'm like if you brought your 85k truck in with 20k miles and it came back scratched you might be frustrated and expect some action. He stated he'd call the owners and see what they wanted to do. I haven't gotten a call back a week later and will never use this business again. The damage they did is 75-100 bucks, they didn't even comp my wash nor offer me a couple free washes to make up for the damage. Their own attendant stated I didn't even get in my car I saw it right away. I have seen them drop a towel and pick it up off the ground and use it, people make mistakes, but to take possession of a vehicle and return it damaged and deny it and then not follow up, especially after the years of loyalty I showed them is inexcusable. I hate that the other wash on 3rd closed years back, they dinged a rim once and sent someone to my house to fix it, these guys have no accountability and are more combative and defensive than anything. An embarrassment to be the face of a small local business. I do think the camera thing is BS too, I had a buddy whose kid worked at beaches car wash a couple summers ago and his son said guys pocketed things, maybe they added cameras because of that but after I heard that I always empty my console before coming in, I couldn't believe they led with we have cameras we will show you and then disappeared and bailed on that. They'll take your money but balance that out with damaged vehicles, reading these reviews I am not the only one that has noticed this place is poorly run.

The vacuum systems are great as they are very powerful and the faculty is always clean from debris and trash on the ground. They have garbage can at every spot and 2 handicap parking spaces. The female staff attendant that was working this day was very friendly and assisted me with my issue. I had a wash card that a vendor had given me in 2024 while working an event at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena. I figured I use it this day. So apparently, it was annolder version of the new wash cards, and the price had gone up slightly. I believe her name was either Mariah or Mahliyah. She was very helpful in getting my issue resolved. The wash process takes about a few minutes and does an excellent job in getting cars clean. I also like the tire shine that they provide as well. My tires were Shiney yesterday. I really like their vacuuming station. The spaces are large enough to fit most vehicles, and there are vacuum hoses on both sides of the vehicle, so you don't have to struggle with just one hose. They also have a washing mat station as well. Overall, it was an excellent vist. Now my car is clean and happy. I'll probably return here again whenever I'm in this area.

Therefore, I want to caution any woman who visits Joe's Car Salon on Main Street watch out because it can happen to her.
